Went in yest & ordered a chicken tostada & chicken nachos. Good fresh food, the nachos are over priced for a snack sized box. Customer service could use some work as well… they just stare at you when you come in to order.

I rarely get off my truck at this place I am always in a hurry on luch time am about 10 minutes from this location. Every minute counts.
The service is great the food is good and it looks clean.

Went to pollo loco for the first time and i was greet with a big smile by the name of Christian
And he was kind, friendly and he recommend me to get tostada and he was right. The food was great definitely will come again.
