I feel like they gone from physical contact with their clients to having no contact at all but the drive thru. I had that experience that I tried to place an order through the drive thru, to only get a response of we only accept cash, no debt/credit cards. To make matters worse, inside was no better since they switched from having a cashier to having a self checkout order.
