Today El Pollo Loco you have Wow’d me with the improvements to your double chicken tostada bowl. You fixed the shell, it’s crispy yet soft. You’re putting the good parts of the lettuce. The rice is perfectly cooked and soft, almost like a really soft sushi rice. Thank you for removing the corn. The beans were finely cooked the right way. They were not under cooked any more. The chicken was so soft and tender. You guys really did a great job on improving the textures and flavor. And with your $10 coupon it was worth every dollar. The drive through moved quick considering it was lunch time. So yes I would totally recommend this dish and location!!!!

Dear el polo loco mgmt ,Went here for lunch as our original place was extremely packed because of pizza promotion $3.00 pizza . We are valued customers of el polo loco so on our way home was a no brain we and healthy choice to stop at el polo loco unfortunately not sure if because of where it’s located which shouldn’t be an excuse and should be used as an example to make somebodys day a little bit better by treating them like an old fried or family???it’s just a little rude and really send a negative images when employees ignore you when your standing right in front of the counter and it more important to continue a conversation that they are having rather than acknowledge a paying customer who needs something to continue the dinning experience? The person who I was with I noticed she was ingnored by three people the cashier , possibly the lead mgr , and by person serving drinks why? People choose their actions a lot of time in my experience if the working environment is bad it trickles down to the team and it starts all starts from the managers because they are the example and they set the tone for teams customers service attitude . No one greeted us no one said thank you for visiting el polo loco enjoy your meal ? What t kind of service is that ?? And then ignore when you go back to the counter and need something or have a question??Why should I revisit this location and spend my money here again ?? they obviously don’t care about customer service or don’t know how to give it by acknowledging your guest ??I hope that cooperate office see this review and considerers address how the employees treat paying guest I was there 2/15/2024 around 1-2pm picked up three piece condo , polo bowl, corn tortillas lg tea and water cupThk uJRParking: The entrance is weird enter by passing the dumpster on the back right of the restaurant next to the drive through entrance.

Went in there today to order a "double chicken tostada" and got 5 small pieces of chicken on top. It was super watery and had the smallest portions of rice and beans. Then I ordered churros and there was NO sugar on them and they were so old and stale. I went to fill up my drink and 4 out of the 7 drinks were empty. Needless to say, this El Pollo Loco has gone DOWNHILL so bad. The manager is very weird; as she didn't know how to check a gift card balance!?!!? This place will NOT be getting my service anymore. They don't have any customer service skills at all.
The stuff is very helpful and very patient and are ordering process and very accommodating when it came to getting our food.

We went through the drive-thru and they didn't give us one of our items (original polllo bowl) the churro's were so hard they were inedible. So we had nothing for my niece to eat. The pork carnitas weren't good. We purchased three of them and no-one even ate half of it because it simply wasn't good. Overall the experience was horrible. Wasted money and I still had to cook to make sure everyone ate. So frustrating
