Nice little corner and calm sitting area. The foods are delicious and the drinks are perfectly made. The employees were very friendly as well. Great place to spend some time alone or with friends in the afternoon or early noon.Wheelchair accessibility: Elevators and ramps available

The food here is pretty good I would say however the portions are definitely on the smaller side. Back when my sister came to the school they had a much larger selection on the menu but it might be because they're just reopening now since COVID has begun, hopefully the menu expands back to have more options like their paninis and more honey based beverages. The jalapeno bacon Mac and cheese was very good, small though. The honey vanilla bee was good but it was pretty much milk honey and vanilla.Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian and one or two vegan options if I remember correctly

SERVICE: 78 / 100 Service is sluggish, especially during the morning rush. Considering that Emerbee's is located on-campus in between the Materials Science & Engineering (MSE) building and the Multidisciplinary Research Building (MRB), and the fact that students don't have much time between classes, it is a bit surprising to see them work at such a pace. If you have back-to-back classes, I would not suggest coming here. However, the people behind the counter are friendly and they are trying their hardest to move as fast as they can. So don't give them a hard time. FOOD: 94 / 100 I ordered the Avocado Toast and a Café Americano. The toast was amazing! Topped with chopped tomatoes and onions and seasoned beautifully with salt and pepper, the cohesion in this was wonderful! The English muffins used as the "toast" for this could have been crisper, but it's only a minor thing. Overall, flavor was spot-on! The coffee was really good, a classic dark-roast that paired well with the Avocado Toast. Some coffee spots on this campus over-toast the beans, leaving an unpleasant bitter aftertaste (I'm looking at you, Starbucks at the Market at Glen Mor); this spot doesn't do that - thankfully - and I hope they continue roasting their coffee beans the way they do now. VALUE: 84 / 100 $2.99 for the avocado toast and ~$3.45 for the coffee. A quick bite and coffee for just under $6 is a good deal. I think for most students, $6 for a light meal similar to the one I had is very reasonable. It's light and very satisfying. If you're looking for a vast selection of food, however, be prepared to look elsewhere. Emerbee's has positioned itself as a healthy alternative to many of the eateries on campus - and as such, their selection of food is limited to fresh paninis, pastries, and salads. OVERALL SCORE: 85 / 100 If you're looking to settle down and get some work done, or want to socialize with some friends over coffee and food, consider Emerbee's. It has a selection of healthy dining options that are still very flavorful.

Emerbees is an amazing spot inside university of California, Riverside. The paninis were amazing as well as the muffins.

I was super excited that Emerbee's opened up at UCR because dining options are limited to junk food. Emerbee's business model is to support the entomology department through healthy(ish) eating. Emerbee's is set up with a food-truck model: you walk up to the counter and they bring it up to you down the line. There are tables adjacent to it with umbrellas protecting you from the sun. They have a grab-your-own utensils system when you receive your food which I am a huge fan of (lets me stock up on spoons lol). Their menu is made up of paninis, grilled cheese, a noodle dish, soups... Their menu showed "Soups of The Day" but the employees said that they didn't have that and only the chicken tortilla soup was available. I also ordered the jackfruit BBQ panini but they said that it was also not available. I was disheartened by not being able to get either of my two choice of entrees. Hopefully, this was a one-time event because they are still relatively new and not because it is poorly-managed. Regardless, the food was good- reminding me of a Corner Bakery. I will update this review as I go again!

This little coffee spot just opened up in a location that's easy to miss, but a gem if you find it. The only other place on campus to get a wide variety of coffees and teas is Coffee Bean, but it's always so packed. However, this place serves Starbucks coffee, which is superior to Coffee Bean in my opinion. They also sell paninis and other sandwiches that are very good. The cashier that took my order was very nice and she made sure my order was accurate. I ordered two drinks and a Cuban panini. It was finished in about 3 minutes and my drinks were made very well. The Cuban was very hot and crunchy. Each bite had gooey cheese pulls and everything in the panini complimented each other. Overall, I was impressed with everything and I think this can be a popular spot soon enough. I'm very excited for this new business and I can't wait to try other sandwiches in the future!

I got the banana french toast and caramel macchiato and both were bad. Coffee tasted burnt and french toast was just bad.

cons: kinda slow, limited vegetarian options, can barely hear your order being called from sitting area pros: nice quite place to eat or chill, food is good (but banana french toast was really sweet, harvest wrap is good), has starbucks drinks, accepts dining dollars !

Took way too long!! They need to learn to pick up the pace, especially since it's on the university campus! We all have places to be and classes to study for.

Found this hidden gem behind the Material Sci and Engineering building at UCR. Really nice variety of food available. They have paninis, noodles, soup, sweets, and drinks. Their Egg and Chirizo panini was pretty good. It had a good amount of egg and chirizo. Only thing I didn't like was the bread was kinda burnt and personally I like my paninis with the bread crust cut off on top and bottom. But still pretty good. The Emer-treat was soft and flakey. Also it was fresh and warm, the filling too. Not too sweet either. The Honey Steamer is not too sweet, warm, and has that nice honey flavor.
