The food here is pretty good I would say however the portions are definitely on the smaller side. Back when my sister came to the school they had a much larger selection on the menu but it might be because they're just reopening now since COVID has begun, hopefully the menu expands back to have more options like their paninis and more honey based beverages. SERVICE: 78 / 100 Service is sluggish, especially during the morning rush. Considering that Emerbee's is located on-campus in between the Materials Science & Engineering (MSE) building and the Multidisciplinary Research Building (MRB), and the fact that students don't have much time between classes, it is a bit surprising to see them work at such a pace. I was super excited that Emerbee's opened up at UCR because dining options are limited to junk food. Emerbee's business model is to support the entomology department through healthy(ish) eating. Emerbee's is set up with a food-truck model: you walk up to the counter and they bring it up to you down the line. There are tables adjacent to it with umbrellas protecting you from the sun.
