Flavor Theory has great smoothies, but the ordering system is extremely disappointing. When you place an order 15 minutes ahead so you can get to work on time, you’d expect it to be ready or at least started. Instead, they prioritize walk-ins and don’t even begin your order until you arrive.
If you have 30 minutes to wait, great — but if you’re in a rush, too bad. Ordering ahead doesn’t mean anything here, and it completely defeats the purpose. It’s frustrating because their smoothies are good., but the lack of priority for online orders makes the experience really inconvenient

We came in for açaí bowls and were not disappointed. My friend and I had delicious bowls with fresh fruit and an ample variety of toppings. The staff was friendly and helpful. Flavor Theory has a multitude of flavors. The whole experience was quick and will be repeated soon!

Used to go here all the time... up till last week. Here's my story. I appreciated the ingredients and I appreciated the size of the servings... then they added a point system & of course, the point system also included a PRICE INCREASE! I went along with it for a while because they had me hooked, and then they started weighing the servings-along with another price increase‼ I noticed that the servings got smaller as the price went up!! They started being a lot more anal about the amount that they would serve, and I was disappointed. Now they've increased the amount of points you need to get to get a free serving just one free serving is harder than ever to obtain now!! It went from 150 points to 200‼ That's a 33% increase‼ And NOW one medium serving costs nearly $16‼ I'm done with this place‼ I'm no longer returning. I'm now going to Toi-Moi which is just about a mile and a half away... Flavor Theory has surpassed the ceiling of reasonable pricing that's tolerable for our community. It's just way too expensive‼ And now they want you to buy even more in order to just get a $10 discount which is a RIP OFF‼$16 is a steak dinner at a restaurant but it's not good enough for a fruit sorbet sorry... last year I dropped HUNDRED$ of DOLLAR$ on this place. They lost my hundred$ of dollars... and my neighbors and roommates have also withdrawn their business. It is way too ridiculously expensive‼ AVOID‼

This use to be my favore place to get the açaí bowls, I been eating from here since they opened every Saturday but lately it looks like after increasing the price they reduced the amount of fruit they put in an is not even good quality fruit the people who works there is not even friendly I very disappointed of this place.

Regrettably, during my visit on August 30, 2024, I learned that the granola advertised as gluten-free was, in reality, not gluten-free. This revelation is disappointing, particularly as I had frequented this establishment, which has failed to maintain accurate labeling. Consequently, I must express my decision to discontinue patronage of this business following today's experience.

Don’t get me wrong this is place is good and I have reward points :,) but many changes have been made. The portions sizes are smaller, the cacaos nibs are not cacao nibs, they look and taste like mini chocolate chips! The first time I gave this place a try prices were reasonable to the portion size, but now it’s offset. I bargain with myself if I should even go anymore because of the portion sizes. They serve a whole spoonful and then scoop the top portion out and I hold back the big back in me from saying anything.
