So glad my son recommended Hero's for me and his grandma. We loved the atmosphere upbeat and colorful.Everyone who worked there was sooooo attentive,we didn't need for nothing.The employees seemed very happy and eager to please they didn't miss a beat.The food was absolutely amazing especially the fish and chips.The fish was so hot and crunchy and flavored along with the garlic parmesan fries,loved it.We will definitely be back and I pray the staff keeps the same...

Overall, my experience was positive. The establishment was clean and offered a pleasant ambiance with multiple televisions for sports enthusiasts. While the prices were higher, the generous portion sizes justified the cost. I highly recommend the steak for its exceptional flavor. Although the service was slightly lacking in terms of attentiveness, particularly for a large group, it is understandable considering the apparent busyness of the restaurant. Great food, huge portions and very reasonably priced drinks too.

Parking: I arrived at 6 and got the last parking spot. The lot is hard to turn around in if you can’t find a spot to park. Only downside to the place really, but you can find street parking and walk a short distance.
