Dani, the manager, was incredible! We had a large order for our sons birthday party and the staff was all on it! They even delivered the food to our venue. The service was amazing! Dani and the rest of the team were extremely friendly, helpful and patient!

Amanda G. was very rude and did not have good customer service. Her and another girl had been joking around and not paying attention. Ketchup was empty no napkins and dirty counter tops.

None of our food was fully cooked. The guy working was puzzled by name but nice

After waiting 10 minutes finally someone showed up from the back Jose I then ordered a new drink off the menu and immediately I was greeted with rudeness and attiude from the employe Jose I asked and wanted a slushy but was told it would be a hassle and a dollar extra I didn't care about the money but his attitude and un professionalism was enough to have me write this review and not come back to this establishment again! !

The girl at the counter was so pleasant and friendly! I plan to go back, not just because the cherry lemonade and funnel sticks were delicious but also because the service made my day!!!

What would make me even happier than I already am working here? Is getting paid more, and receiving more hours.Other than that, the managers are great, and the customers are super friendly.

My Granddaughter and I had lunch here today, the food was very Good and very Expensive but it was worth it. Will return again.

The corn dog was fresh. The service was good.

Batter was soft like pancakes. And soft like it was baked not fried. Also received hotdogs that tasted like greasy sausage, not turkey dogs. This is two times in a row I've gotten crummy food here. On a positive note the lemonade was good even though they were scared to give me green juice to put in it.

Great service , affordable prices Yummy quick snack to grab on the go. The lemonades are excellent that’s usually when I get the most.

Horrible service my lemonade was too sweet so I asked if I could Exchange it they literally put like 10 pumps of syrup and expected me to drink it I wasn’t satisfied with my drink and I still had to pay for my refill unacceptable The manager was horrible he just walked away

Only based on the fact that there were no cheese on a stick available that day. Could have low supply or something of the like, but it is safe to say that is one of, if not the most, popular items and unfortunately people were disheartened at that.

THIS HOT DOG ON A STICK IN THE TYLER MALL REALLY SUCKS!! THE SERVICE WAS NOT GOOD, AND THE FOOD WAS NOT GOOD. I ORDERED TURKEY CORN DOG AND IT WAS JUST NASTY. THE BREAD WAS SLIGHTLY BURNT AND IT HAD A AFTER TEAST, AND THE FRYS HAD THE SAME PROBLEM THEY HAD A AFTER TEAST TOO. THE LEMON AID WAS A ITTLE FLAT AS WELL. I WAS SO VERY DISAPPOINTED! ITS BEEN A WHILE SINCE I HAD A CORN DOG ON A STICK, SO I WAS REALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO EATING ONE. BUT ALL I GOT FROM EATING IT WAS A SICK FEELING. FOR A FAST FOOD PLACE IT WAS NOT VERY CLEAN LIKE I REMEMBER THEM IN LOOKING AND BEING. WHEN I USE TO EAT THE CORN DOGS ON A STICK A WHILE BACK, I REMEMBER THEM BEING SO VERY DELICIOUS AND THE ESTABLISHMENT WAS SO VERY CLEAN WITH THE MOST NICEEST PEOPLE WORKING THERE! BUT THIS HOT DOG ON STICK WAS JUST VERY DISAPPOINTEING TOO ME. MAYBE THEY JUST CHANGE THE BRAND OF HOT DOGS AND FRYS , IVDONTBKNKW!! BUT WHAT EVER THE CASE IS I HOPE THEY CAN FIX THINGS FOR THE BETTER.
