If I could give zero stars I would.. So upsetting the cupcakes I ordered were the red velvet and tres leches instead I found myself eating cornbread with whipp frosting on it.. not only were they dry but I'm sure were over a day old cause they tasted stale. absolutely terrible please don't waste your $5 here it's not worth any thing more than a free sample for cracks and giggles.. The nerve to call themselves a bakery, they're a joke
Cutest shopping center. Just a small business with killer customer service and incredible cupcakes. Made a pitstop from OC to Hesperia in Riverside just to get some cupcakes. And it was well worth it. The Black Forest Chocolate was probably the best cake type item I've had from anywhere in such a long time. If I lived closer I would just order from them. We also tried the Vanilla Salted Caramel, Pumpkin Pie and Tres Leches. All superb. We will make a trip out when the holidays start to try their gingerbread and peppermint bark. The young lady helping us was so sweet and patient as we were figuring out what we wanted. Oh! And we also got a surprise box for my cousin and it had Red Velvet and Salted Caramel as well.

Okay, I have tried these a few times now, the first time the cupcakes were amazing, really soft and delicious. However, I feel like they are now slacking, every other time I have got them they are somewhat dry and taste old here and there. Don't know why that is, I dont want to keep giving them try after try and keep getting disappointed anymore!!

A little disappointed with the quality of cake I purchased. It was over priced. And the cake was somewhat stale which made me think they did not make it custom. I wouldn't come here again.

Excellent customer service and cupcakes were awesome will be going back soon ❤️
I live in San Bernardino and drive to Crestline just to get their cupcakes. Cupcakes are fresh and very moist I will recommend this place
Walked in not knowing what to expect and walked out with some delicious treats! I had a German Chocolate cupcake that was outrageously delicious!

I've loved Isabella's Cupcakes for years! I found them during college, I took my then-boyfriend there on our first date, and exactly seven years later they provided the desserts for our wedding. They were a hit with the guests. They are yummy filled cupcakes, but my personal favorite part is the frosting! It's so fluffy and delightfully flavored without being overpowering.
I’m a baker myself , and to say i that I drove 2 hours for a $5 cupcake that was dry and unoriginal Is baffling to me. Nothing makes these cupcakes tres leches . I got the banana pudding tres leches cupcake it was filled with banana pudding , in what way does that make it tres leches ?
All I tasted was complete artificial flavors .
Do not listen to the hype .
It’s not worth it one bit .
“Tres leches” is Spanish for “three milks.” It refers to a type of dessert—most commonly a cake—that is soaked in three kinds of milk:
1. Evaporated milk
2. Sweetened condensed milk
3. Heavy cream (or sometimes whole milk or half-and-half)
A tres leches cake is typically a light sponge cake that absorbs the milk mixture, making it very moist and rich, but not soggy.
This was not that !
Extremely friendly staff and always experimenting with new flavors :)

I'm a pastry chef and wanted to give this place a try, because sometimes I want a treat without having to bake it myself.
The cupcakes are beautiful and I appreciate that they use a meringue based buttercream, as opposed to an American version, which tends to be offensively sweet and dense. Their buttercream is light and not overtly sweet which is nice, but it did lack flavor. I didn't get a hint of vanilla or any other flavorings in the few I tried. The actual base of the cupcake was not appealing at all. The cupcakes truly lack flavor and richness, and were so dry. They appeared to be overbaked and/or stored cold for a long time.
I specifically went in to try the red velvet and I was so bummed when I realized they used a standard vanilla buttercream instead of a cream cheese base. There was only a tiny bit of cream cheese in the middle of the cupcake. And the cupcake itself lacked that rich velvety flavor and texture that is typical for a red velvet. The cupcake was In desperate need of some extra fat in the batter, and cream cheese frosting would've at least masked the lack of it in the cupcake.
For the amount of money I paid, I hoped for some truly gourmet baked goods.
I see the appeal of this place to the general public, but it's just not for me.
Diana did an amazing job on my daughter’s custom birthday cake! It was exactly what we had imagined. She took the time to go over what details I wanted in the cake. And everyone absolutely loved the flavors and texture. I highly recommend Isabella’s Cupcakes to celebrate that special occasion.
