This isn't my first time ordering from this company, but it is my first visit to this location, and I must say, I'm impressed. The staff here is incredibly friendly, and the place is spotless — even the bathroom is well-maintained. I went with my usual choice, the coconut strawberry smoothie with boba, and swapped in oat milk. It never disappoints! I’ll definitely be returning to this location for the great service and refreshing drinks.

Awesome boba!!! But the XL boba cup LID is weak. Makes drinking boba messy. The drink leaks out because the lid doesn’t hug the cup well. Hope yall get it sorted out

Probably the worst It's Boba Time shop. Service was incredibly slow, I waited 15-20 minutes for one drink and they still got my order wrong. The ingredients were low quality as well. Don't waste your money here.

Visited for the first time after learning they had crepe cakes, as I’m not a fan of boba. I was so excited ?The shop is so clean and well organized. There’s a small glass enclosure with macarons and crepe cake slices. I tried the cookies and cream slice. 3/10. A crepe cake should be nice and light, with a hint of sweet. This was weighed down with sugar and not light at all. At $7.95 for a slice, I was disappointed.I also tried a cookies and cream shake. Never again. It’s more so icy and not creamy whatsoever. It tastes just like iced milk with a cookie thrown in there. Disappointing. $6 for a regular (small) size.I’d return to try the original vanilla crepe cake slice but that’s all.

Order was not ready for pick up until 45 minutes after completing it online for pick up and store.Boba crafters were too busy to ask About the order, pick up, unavailable while buzzing around like busy little bees, Crafting delicious beverages for people while they wait for 40 minutes watching them. I guess the Boba taste sweeter belong to you wait for it ha ha ha.
