Charlene is excellent, promote her to manager.
Idk but there’s a really kind & helpful female employee who works here. (Approx 3pm 8/05/26) She’s very welcoming and brought out my food (and the person’s ahead of me), instead of just calling out our orders. Carl’s Jr has become a little too expensive, like most fast food places in CA now…but after Wendy’s, their hamburgers are my 2nd fav (for fast food burger chains)
Charlene did an amazing job, even though I placed the wrong order she was courteous and kind and made sure I was given the right order.
