My husband and I always come here. He comes after work a lot and the employee Claudia is constantly rude to him. He ordered a double jack meal and regular curly fry. She asked him rudely what he wanted and when he asked to change the order she sighed at him like it was an inconvenience. His double jack was burnt and his curly fries were stale and old.

Ordered a Fish Sandwich with extra Tarter Sauce and medium Curly Fries through the mobile app and immediately drove 1.1 miles to pick up. Spent an inordinate amount of time in drive thru before getting my food which was very disappointing. The sandwich was lukewarm and dry except for a dime sized spot of tarter sauce and the fries old and cold! Shame on you Jack in the Box on Central, you just lost a long time customer!

The drive threw guy never returned my debit card I kept it an used it at chevron gas station
I ordered uber eats and i got food but was missing a curly i called jack and they don’t pick up their phone which is stupid but i do not recommend going

This location has terrible, very slow service. My food-bag was given to me soaked and dripping through with grease. I have been to this location several times and the lady forgets to give items and not paying attention at all. Barely doing her job and it's not fair for paying customers. Would not recommend going to this Jack in the box. Better would be the nearest Jack in the Box on 14th Street near downtown right off the freeway.

I was surprised when I walked in to see how many restaurants and they slso had Starbucks, for the most part it felt safe and was clean that surprised me had plenty of signs to help you navigate.
