Generally this location is pretty good as I usually just come in and order at the shop. However, out of the 3 orders I have made over the phone, 2 of them have been wrong and did not have bacon that was supposed to come with the sandwich (#8 Club Sub), and since it was a phone order I don’t actually get to see them make the sandwich as it is just being put in the bag when I arrive. Super disappointing that phone orders are not super accurately made. For a $20 sandwich, it should...

The service and sandwiches were excellent. Their restrooms, however, were closed for service. The staff told us to just ask a neighbor to use their facilities. We spent $60 in this shopping center and SIX other businesses turned us away from using their restrooms. The seventh place only let us use the bathroom because I had tears in my eyes. I don’t think we will every shop in this shopping center ever again. I didn’t think businesses who had restrooms could turn people away...

Christian is awesome!!!! He made me the best sandwich ever but more importantly he was so professional very kind and extremely courteous. Totally made my day definitely deserves a promotion!
