Love how fresh the food is. Lots of options from sandwiches , açaí bowls to crepes. I ordered a sandwich and it came with a side of fruit ... nice surprise. I have also tried the Tiger Bowl (açaí ) and it was delicious! Fruit was fresh and honey was sweet. I recommend calling in the order (avoid waiting in line) and paying with cash to avoid the $1 cc fee.

The couple times I’ve come, they appear to be badly understaffed with slow service. Today was the last straw as I tried to order a cucumber lime aqua fresca and they made me a nasty green smoothie. They have no idea how to even make the items on their menu. They were nice enough to give me a refund.

Customer Service was not all that nice. We were rushed while ordering. The juice was alright. We ordered the Boost and the Green drink. We go to the gym next door 5 days a week and we were really looking forward to coming here often. With me , Customer Service is a big thing regardless of how good the product is.

They never answer the phone for orders which is frustrating. They just let it ring. Also there is a make staff member who was always rude when we would come in. I ended up looking for another place due to such consistently bad service.

Ordered the Passion Fruit Delight and the Turkey Ham & Cheese Baguette and it was perfection. Fresh ingredients , loved it! Will be returning!

Their menu is great! Lots to choose from. Service is professional. Entrance and room area is clean. Tables are clean. Very nice location, next to Planet Fitness. Passion Fruit Delight with added scoops of whey protein was delicious and filling. I would definitely go to Juice Bar Factory again.

Cane after a gym workout, since I've been eyeing the place since they've opened. My intentions was to order a veggie crepe, but they were out of crepe mix (bummer). My mind was set on getting that, so I didnt have anything else in mind. As I held up the patient cashier, as she waited on me to decide on another option....I finally decided on a fruit salad and a chia, lime and cucumber fresca. As she was making my drink, she asked me if I wanted sugar in it, and I told her, just a little. After taking the first sip, I thought back on how I should have gotten a heaping amount of sugar on that drink, although it wouldnt be healthy. It was so plain and watered down tasting, I will not order that again. The fruit was "ok" tasting....although there was a selection of fruit choices (10-12), I seemed to only get about 4 of those in my salad. My reason for mentioning that, is because I asked how many fruits could I choose, and she said I could have all of them in my salad if I wanted.....so I told her, ok I 'll have all of them. I will go back, just wont order those items again.

So fresh!!! The food and the juice was so fresh and tasty. The fruit was ripe and cold. The server was super sweet and helpful.

We shared the Tiger Bowl and a Berry light smoothie, both were great! The Tiger Bowl has chocolate soy milk, açaí, pb, topped w/fruit etc and is a fairly common combo and a lot of juice/açaí places but this one was HANDS DOWN the best one I have had! I typically would drive 15-20mins to a different bar for something similar and am SO GLAD I tried this here, MUCH closer to home and even better tasting. I will keep my fingered and toes crossed they're consistent because I WILL be back sooner rather than later for another As far as the Berry Light, the sweetness of the berries balanced the stronger flavors of beet, lemon and ginger and the combo was A+. It's going to be hard to come here and not get both items every time. That being said, there's a lot of other items on their menu I want to try to, namely their bean salad and veggie sandwich! New to Riverside in an ok area,but busy shopping center , The banner caught my attention and name which how perfect it's near the gym. However, they charge $1 for using Debit or Credit- How sad some businesses are starting this trend. But ok,Still started to attempt to place an order. Place is pretty big- Lots of space. A lady was working on something in back at a desk and acknowledged me but still took her 7 mins to put the papers down before asking what I would like. Asked if they do catering - Place an a big order for my staff but sadly they don't offer- Which is ok but would be nice since it's local and would rather give my business to family establishment . They have a big selection of items from juices to açaí bowls. I decided for lunch to take back a fruit bowl salad which from picture seemed good size and refreshing , & appealing. She started cutting and throwing fruit into a very small to go box but noticed she was cutting and throwing fruit with her hands - from working in the back with papers , she didn't wash her hands . I did mention " I am sorry , you guys don't use gloves when cutting fruit." She didn't look at me or say anything , walked away grabbed gloves and said " will make you a new one ." Ugh no thank you. Not even a oh I am sorry or anything so I left. Very rude and unsanitary. I would rather pay good price for product I can trust is clean and from a worker who doesn't make you feel you are a bother for giving business. Wouldn't recommend this place, La Michoacana is in same center - Not as nice but staff , more options , & they use gloves oh and won't charge you $1 for not using cash. Just need to stay with Nekter but they don't do fruit bowls . Place has great potential of they change frontline and health department standard at all times .
