Unacceptable, I just walked out of this establishment because I got here at 6:20pm on Monday February 17th and the young man working here refused to serve me simply because he had “already washed the blender”. Google maps shows business hours are until 9pm tonight. Why are these employees not wanting to work? I waited in line for nothing. I am extremely disappointed with the service I experienced today. All I wanted was a single juice, nothing more than a single juice and he can’t make it because he can’t be bothered to re-wash the blender?? WOW….

I visited Juice It Up in Riverside Plaza on November 6 at around 6:30 PM. The store was empty, and the young man working was mopping the floor with cleaner. When he noticed me, he paused his mopping and asked if he could help. I ordered a large piña colada smoothie, and he rang me up without any issues.

However, I was concerned when he proceeded to make my smoothie without stopping to wash his hands after mopping. He simply set the mop down and began making my drink without gloves or any handwashing. This raised some hygiene concerns for me, as I would expect staff handling food or drinks to practice basic cleanliness, especially after mopping. I hope management can address this to ensure a better experience for customers in the future.

I just wanted a banana peanut butter smoothie. No yogurt. It was very sour for some reason. She also didnt ask what I wanted for my base and just added water. Ive never had someone assume for that type of smoothie to just add water...and still, why was it sour? No thanks.

got açaí berry bowl and it was somewhat sour and very runny. could tell the strawberries were old based on the taste and color on my acai. It's not the best acai I ever had. would not come again but the staff was nice

This is the worse I've been. The guy who was taking our order didn't even welcomed us even though my husband said hi also when we got our order he threw our drinks and straws on the table... terrible service. I said thank you and didn't get any reply back.

The smoothies were great, but the worker needs a little help in friendliness and a smile would be nice.

I got a L Açaí Smoothie, and I didn’t expect it to be so sour. I went back to the shop and asked if I can exchange it, but I was looked at in a weird way. I already felt dumb so seeing that made me more uncomfortable. Mango Mania is much smoother and not sour. I was grateful to have it discounted but I guess that’s the policy. No exchange/returns.
Other smoothie places would gladly help us and not charge more. I said thank you really loud because they were in the back corner and I just felt uncomfortable.

Went there with my boyfriend to get a L açaí smoothie. And when he got it tried it and said it was sour, so I tried it too and it was sour. Then we went to see if they would maybe remake it or exchange for a different one and they sorta just kept making a big smile and looking down while opening their eyes as if we were saying something funny? Idk it was weird, we felt bad for asking and then we had to buy another drink. Instead of paying for a large they charged us for a medium so. That sucked, and after they made the drink they left to the back immediately as if to not see if we liked the drink? So then we had to yell back ‘thank you have a nice day” overall kinda an uncomfortable experience. Also don’t know their names, no name tags.

Quick service juice bar that offers raw juice, smoothies and açaí bowls.Limited selection of snacks, which all seek to either be protein cookies (Larry and Louie brand) as well as kettle brand chips. The staff is friendly. Smoothies come out fast, açaí bowls take a few minutes.

Vegetarian options: All food items are either plant biased or vegan.

The atmosphere was very inviting upon entering with my grandson and daughter. We were greeted with professionalism and a warm smile by Savanna & Cristian!! After parking in the plaza lot, I ordered my grandson’s drink and it was waiting on us upon our arrival into Juice It Up! Now that’s service!!! My grandson‘s day started off and fabulously❣️The business establishment was very clean. The atmosphere was wonderful! thank you, Savannah and Cristian for making the day a great start!

Parking: The parking is plentiful on the sides & the back as well. There is some parking in from & handicap spaces for convenience. There are nice tables with umbrella seedings outside to just enjoy the atmosphere.

Classic smoothies are okay. I'd probably prefer Jamba juice instead.
