Sorry the staff isn't attentive of the front counter when I ran in to use restroom while family was in drive thru and they r all locked well it took way to long but the pot pie was deliscoius

Every time I’ve brought the family, the chicken has been fresh and service has been fantastic. A couple times now, we’ve been helped by Jasmine who has been beyond friendly and professional. Wished other KFC locations had staff as welcoming as her. We will definitely be regulars at this location.

Food was good, no customer service at all! Had to do all our order on self service kiosk. Thought going through drive thru, did do this on next visit. Wrong, waited 15 minutes for the order!
