Terrible service, it took more than 15 minutes to serve us and they served a person first who arrived after me... they serve with their bitter faces as if they did not feel like working and there have been several occasions

Horrible customer service, the old ladies have a bad attitude, I really like the Michoacana but I will never return to this place. Horrible service the worker gave us attitude for no reason. They should really consider hiring better staff. Never returning to this location. Do not recommend.

Horrible customer service, employee has a nasty attitude and charged $1 for tajin even though the fruit had almost no tajin. Agua was half full with cucumber pulp.

Poor hygiene, the employee went out to throw garbage, came back and did not wash her hands before serving the snow, another bad point is that the snow is not at a good temperature when serving it, it is already spilling, you leave the door already with liquid snow

The super dirty tables ?
Horrible service they were so rude to my daughter it was her first time order by herself and she came back crying from getting her ice cream and she didn't even want her ice cream at this point! The woman got mad at her for not being able to hear her so then she started being rude and it wasn't my daughter's fault it was the loud music they were blasting!!!

Very good ice cream with a wide variety of flavors. Large portions, reasonable prices, and good service. Recommended if you're in the area.

Shabby place for great traditional ice cream. Walking in feels you're still back in Mexico. Recommend any flavor ,I just which they had more Milk type for their milk-shakes. They only carry whole milk.

Located on Chicago Ave & University Ave in the Dollar Tree Shopping Center with plenty of parking. We stopped here on Wednesday night after dinner looking for an appetizing dessert, so we were glad to see this Michoacana still open as it was shortly before 9 PM.I couldn't decide between a scoop of ice cream or a "Fresas con Crema," so I ordered both lol. I tried their "Chicle" flavored Ice-Cream which translates to bubble gum, it tasted exactly like it. Their "Fresas con Crema" (which is a cup filled with fresh cut Strawberries with sweet cream) were just as good! Both desserts were fresh, delicious, and very satisfying. They have such a huge variety of treats, such as Tostilocos, Aguas Frescas, Bionicos, Mangoneadas, Nachos, Paletas, Milkshakes, Tejuino, Elotes, Churros and so much more depending on your cravings.Service was friendly and efficient. The lobby is not spot clean, but it was acceptable during our visit. Overall, we had a good experience at this location.
