This place used to be my fav michoacana until teenagers took over like 1-2 years ago every time I go their customer service is always terrible I haven’t been here in like more then 8 months and I gave it another chance to come here again wrong mistake was waiting here for a few minutes and the women wouldn’t come help us not even letting us know to give her a second looks like she was ignoring us and their music is so loud as if they’re in their house Hopefully they can hire new team members would to start going here again

If I could leave a zero star review I would, as soon as we walked in the two ladies working were by the cashier talking and gave us a bad look as soon as we came in & said something to eachother almost like we were interrupting their “gossiping time”. The lady with glasses took our order and was very stand offish and unwelcoming, gave the vibe that she didnt want to be there nor work which threw off our whole experience. My raspado was super watered down and didnt even have an ice texture they need to really work on their customer service and train their employees that a simple smile could go a long way and not rush customers when ordering, very unfortunate

Today I took the kids and the corn was full of water and please don’t waste your money on what they claim to be Dubai chocolate strawberries. IT IS NOT, they basically put milk chocolate ice cream with strawberries. Taste nothing like Dubai strawberries for $16 and they would not allow me to return or exchange for something else. Disappointed

Every single time I DoorDash from Here they never give me what I ordered. I ordered 3 times the same thing which is a Cookie Monster double scoop. EVERYTIME I received a chamango, 2nd time Was Dubai strawberries and the 3rd was an esquite. They never give me My Order correct bro and I called and the lady couldn’t speak English so i spoke Spanish for her and she told me they couldn’t fix my order because they were closed but the website says 10pm and I called at 8:30pm…

They have a variety of Mexican snacks and ice creams and they taste good, but almost non of the workers speaks English and makes it frustrating if you want to ask something and interact with them!
