I like ordering here, I always order online ahead of time as I know it takes a while to get the order ready( I don’t have problem with that). Anyhow, my issue was I ordered pretzels red sauce cheese pizza and I got pepperoni on it (which I’m allergic to) 😐 I figured it out after I arrived home.

how you gonna charge for 6 pizzas when someone ordered one? then you say you SOLD all the pizzas??? and you can't give a refund then proceed to say it's a 30 minute wait?? and not do anything about the man SHAVING HIS HEAD IN THE LOBBY??? be so fr

I ordered a pizza for pickup when I got back to my car I opened the pizza and the way they cut it made it so I had 4 huge slices and 4 tiny slices that was mainly crust. I asked for a new one but they said I had to wait 20 minutes which ruins the whole point of ordering ahead of time to not wait.

Rude employees, short staffed, very slow service. Found a hair in my food. Overall bad service/long wait and disgusting.

Waited about 30 min longer than what I was told. No A/C in lobby so it was hot.
Girl handed me my order just to find out it was cold and seemed like it was probably ready when I initially got there.

Store is in dire need of some proper management.

I've come here several times. Everytime the pizza is uneven. Half is thick half is thin. I always order the classic pizza because that's what my kids like.... but this place gives me half thick half think pizzas it's like they take scraps of dough and put them together... I will no longer go to this location very disappointed!

Ordered a deep deep dish pepperoni pizza and they cut it into a bunch of little strips instead of the eight big squares you usually get when I took it back to get that corrected the night time supervisor was somewhat upset I apologize but I would like a regular slice of pizza we're all adults not a bunch of little strips she they remade it again I apologized she said with a little bit of attitude make sure you check it before you leave of course I told her I told her have a good night and when I got home they totally skimped on the cheese and the sauce I know they're busy but you will lose customers if you start skimping on the cheese and sauce I don't know if she did it on purpose but that's what I'm thinking when it's cut into little strips it makes it look like they had leftover cheesy bread and just turned it into a pizza that is the reason why I had it remade and I apologize again she was a little bit upset they totally skimped on the cheese and sauce I recommend going to the one on magnolia do not go to the one on University they are skimping on the cheese and sauce and they will cut your pizza into little pieces she claimed that's how they always cut it I wonder if corporate is changing the way they cut Pizza 😞

This place literally has no concept of time. Order a hour ahead and your food might be ready definitely won't be ready the time they say it will

Pizza was raw

Went in for 2 hot and ready pizzas, had to wait over 20 minutes. Kinda defeats the purpose of the name.
