I used to love Little Caesars pizza. Fast decent pizza. Great for a quick meal. I went in to order and my bill came to just under $30. I only had cash on me. I had a $50. The cashier looked at me like I was crazy and took the money and looked at it with a confused face. Then he said we can’t take this because we would have to give you more than $20 in change.
