Terrible management, the owner spoke to me like a child. Tried to speak to me like she was my parent. L Also extremely overpriced, expect to pay at least $3 for the smallest size of ice cream. Which, would be worth it is it was actually good ice cream. It's THRIFTY. Drive down the street to rite aid & save the money. Or spend the same amount of money at Rite Aid, but get enough ice cream for a month.

Lol I can't believe people are complaining how the dole whip is hollow in the middle. That IS how they are served at Disneyland. The dole whips are really good I am surprised at how good they were. I got mine with tajin and chile and it was sooo good. The pinapple soft serve was very smooth and tasted just like the ones at Disneyland! I just thought it was annoying that adding chile and the diablito was extra they should just have a set price including both.

I ordered 2 different flavored cookies, I bit into one and it was super dry. I turned right back around to see if she could replace it, but she said she couldnt "exchange" it because I touched it. Idk how else I was supposed to find out it was dry? Mind you I bought 2 different flavors and the second one was fine. I know it's something so little to complain about, but almost $2 for some dry a$$ cookies? I like to support small businesses when I can... But I should had stuck with McDonald's cookies where I can get 6 soft cookies for the same price. Also 2stars because she was nice, -3 for food quality and service.
Service is consistently good. Prices that are reasonable. I see why this place has a lot of good reviews.

Two words: DOLE WHIP!!!! Yessss. I'm so excited about this place. Perfect for summertime when you want something cold, sweet and refreshing! I loveeeee the dole whip with pineapple juice. So sweet and fresh. And it is dairy free so I can enjoy it without any consequences later lol They also have shaved ice which is another obsession of mine. Shaved ice gives you that sweetness and feel of eating an ice cream like treat but doesn't have all the calories of a dairy based ice cream. Shaved ice is the best on a hot day, it helps cool you down. Maui Ice is located inside the Tyler Mall in Riverside Ca. So it does get crowded with all of the mall goers. But no need to worry! Staff are very quick and efficient about making those dole whips and shaved icees. It's a nice place for a quick treat you can enjoy while you stroll through the mall. It's close to the back entrance if you come in where the Miguel's jr is at. So grab some white wash Mexican food and then get yourself a Hawaiian style dessert. Done and done! Lol

Today was the 1st time getting ice cream here and wow great customer service, danielle was so great helping us... recommend to come here especially get the 3 flavor Hawaiian shave ice
