I tried this restaurant due to the high rating but was disappointed. The food was not very tasty. The 3 standard sauces were pretty mild in heat and the flavors were also not strong. The salsa that came with the chips started out pretty good but also didn't stand out. The corn tortillas were special: large and thick. A lot of Spanish families were here for a Saturday night family dinner but I probably won't return.
Hidden Gem we have drove passed many many years. Finally we found authentic spicy Mexican restaurant food in Riverside 💯
