As a guest, I wasn't permitted to view and photograph the courtyard's architectural beauty because I wasn't eating in the restaurant 😤! Needless to say that my two daughters and I, a 25 year Air Force retired veteran, checked out of this hotel 🏨 and found another hotel that was more guest friendly.
I really enjoy enjoying good food and discovering delicious restaurants everywhere. Food truly touches you. Today was my fourth visit to the Missing Inn. I was there to treat some good friends from Beijing and Hangzhou, and to entertain a Taiwanese colleague who's working with me in the US. What made our meal so enjoyable was, of course, not only the delicious burgers, tuna, and salmon rice.

My family and I had the high tea. The food was good The scone was not. I felt that there should have been a slightly bigger portion maybe 2 more sandwiches. I also felt that the sweet to savory ratio was off we (my family) felt that we could have had a few less of the sweets for more of the savory options presented (side note this is the first tea in over 20 years of tea that an olive tapenade was not served and it was missed).
