Great food. But now they don't stay open as hours showed. They close anytime with no word. Recently they got C - rating and were shut down. They cleaned up and got back A rating but have not been open since. Not sure if they will ever reopen. I hope they do.

The inspector saw droppings on dishes, shelving and boxes in a storage area, on top of the dishwasher and on its drainboard, and on the floor in several areas. Some food packages were also gnawed on. There was one unrelated critical violation, for seafood and cooked noodles being at unsafe temperatures. This was the restaurant's fourth failed inspection since December 2019 and it was closed once before, in December 2020, for having a cockroach infestation. Because of the repeated issues, it now faces a permit suspension/revocation hearing.

I've eaten here a few times and the food has always been good but drove by today and it was closed with a C health inspection rating. Not sure if they're just closed to fix problems or this location is shutting down but I am a bit concerned about what's going on in there. It has always seemed clean. All I got when I called their number was a recording saying their mailbox is full.

I've been coming to this restaurant regularly since it opened, and the pho here is exceptional and very consistent. This place is GOOD, but what takes it from GOOD to GREAT is one of their servers, SAMANTHA. She is the best at what she does, and brings life and fun into this restaurant. May God Bless Samantha!!! Prices: 4* Service: 5* Food: 3.5* The two girls who run the front of house were great. Very friendly and helpful. I ordered their two most ordered food, the charbroiled dish and the shrimp and pork springs rolls. My partner ordered their new garlic shrimp dish. The spring rolls were just ok. Almost only shredded lettuce, no real flavor. I wouldn't order them again. At other restaurants this is usually one of my favorites. The charbroiled dish was good. My partner's shrimp was delicious. Plump, large, and juicy shrimp. I would ordered that again.

The Thai tea came from a jug. It was too sweet. The pork in the spring rolls tasted like it was reheated at some point. The greens in the spring rolls had brown edges. Not very fresh.

Nice, clean , spacious restaurant. Like many riverside locations , it's in a strip mall. But don't let that dissuade you We had the pho (of course) and it was quite ok. Delicate broth But we also ordered some of the rice and noodle dishes. Very nice ! Great flavor. It's similar to Chinese fare but different enough to have its own flavor taste! The plates were nicely presented. I was impressed. This is definitely a place for repeat visits when I visit the kid at UCR

Horrible service! Walked in on Wednesday at 1:30pm. The place had about 3 tables occupied. The waitress with BLONDE&GREEN hair walked past me about 7 times to continue serving the customers....never once greeting me. I helped myself to a menu, since I was clearly invisible. I went there for the fried rice, so when I saw the combination fried rice, that's exactly what I wanted to order. I placed the menu down and stood at the register.....still never being greeted. She this time was behind the counter and walked from behind the counter, right past me and still didn't say anything. At this point, I'm fed up with the rudeness, so I just walked out!

Soo good. Had steak phone and chicken Pho with pork belly buns. The girl with the blue hair gave great service, nice to see at such a young age these days. She is a keeper!We will be back!
It's a hit or miss. Today was definitely a miss, and the service sucked. There were two servers in total, one of them was taking a break which I understand. But the other one with blue hair was slow. We came in sat down for 10 minutes without menus while she cleaned the table right in front of us. The other server noticed she hadn't helped us out yet so she gave us menus. We ordered right when we got our menus and she didn't take our order for the appetizer. "Sorry about that we'll take 10% off your meal" Uhhh you mean just give us the student discount, that we were gonna apply anyways? sure. She was slow and unattentive.

Food was not good. Tried a few different dishes. The chicken was overcooked. The Cornish Hen was so over done the half inch of meat under the skin splintered when trying to bite it. Chewing the “crispy” noodles was like chewing the sole of a flip flop. Took more than 15 minutes after I got there to get my order. Don’t waste your money here.
