Our party of 6 was sat before a party of similar size. Second party was greeted AND had drinks in hand before we were even greeted. I had to go to the check in desk to be sure we weren't forgotten. This night the service was just off. One of our entrees was Mongolian Beef and the quantity was only approx a cup. Def not enough to share fit out party & def not worth the hefty price tag for that dish. Felt ripped off.

We love coming to PF Chang's. The food is always flavorful and they always have plenty of brew selections to choose from. The servers are always very friendly and have great recommendations. They are very helpful with accommodation any food allergy issues as well. The dining area is clean and relaxing and we always enjoy ourselves there. We are a bit sad though to see the prices continue to increase and the portions continue to go down. Also we miss the table side sauce mixing...

I have never had a bad experience at P.F. Chang's. We used to come here just for happy hour. Then after a wonderful experience provided by the Tyler location team for a belated birthday for my then 2 year old during COVID they have endeared themselves to me. Today was no exception.
