The restaurant is too bright. It's hard to sit anywhere the light is the same. It's hard to enjoy drinks and have a relaxing conversation, it's hurry up and eat and go .

Our family had an absolutely wonderful evening at P.F. Chang's! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and seated quickly in a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. The ambiance was perfect — elegant yet relaxed — making it a great spot for both adults and kids to enjoy. The service was exceptional. Our server was attentive without being intrusive, made great menu recommendations, and ensured that everything arrived fresh and hot. The food was outstanding...

Like many things today, prices have gone up, quality and service down. P.F. Chang's was a place where you could enjoy good Chinese food with a twist! Now, the quality has gone down a couple of notches. I ordered their fire chicken and Mongolian beef. The beef was a lower grade than they used to serve, a bit tough, and of course, more green onions than beef. The chicken was good, still, it tasted as if it was from a box already ready to heat and serve.
