good food happy moments nice place
Accidentally put the wrong day for pickup order. Website doesn't let you change it. It only offers Pepper, the AI assistant & when I call AI says order can't be edited. Bad business design. Won't be ordering from Chipotle again.
Had a positive experience here! I ordered a burrito and felt the portions were quite underwhelming. I asked if they could remake the burrito and the manager happily obliged. In fact, he made the second burrito exceptionally larger than they are traditionally. Really appreciated that from the manager.
