Underdog Motivations

If I was HR team, I would report the manager. He is very disrespectful and treats his employees unfairly and uses verbal abuse. He is not cooperative. He yells and scolds on coworkers. He always rolls his eyes at his employees. He abuses power as the manager and treats his employees unfairly. His behavior is not professional. As a customer I would like to inform you guys that this manager is not good as you think he is.

The other reviews said that this Panda Express skimps on the food and is overpriced, but that was not my experience at all.First, the employees were all friendly and helpful. Even though it was a busy Saturday night, they got the order right and served us with smiles.I got a plate (two entrees/one side), and the server piled on the mushroom chicken and gave me two full teriyaki chicken filets. My other guest ordered the Cub Meal, and they filled up the box all the way. Everything was steaming hot and fresh. The orange chicken was especially tender with a nice crispy exterior. They also had a new dessert, an apple pie roll, that was like an egg roll but had pie filling instead of veggies or meat. Everything was better than expected. Also, dinner for two only cost $22, which is comparable or cheaper than burgers. This mall does not have a large selection of restaurants, and we have had bad experiences at some of the other restaurants, so I enthusiastically recommend this Panda Express.Dietary restrictions: You can order a side of Super Greens instead of rice or chow mein.Kid-friendliness: Cub meals are a good size and include a side and drink for a reasonable price.Wheelchair accessibility: There is an elevator to get to the restaurant on the second floor.

. Everything is over priced, you’re much better supporting local Chinese restaurants cuz they typically serve litterally double or triple the amount panda does, especially mall panda.

Do not come here. They are thiefs. I came in this evening with My fiance and ordered food. They had limited amount of choices, but I still ordered anyways. When I went to pay they asked if I wanted to round up for Charity, and I declined. When they handed me my receipt, they had rounded up even though I specifically said no. I mentioned it to the cashier and she said, oh I'm sorry. So I started waking away when another worker said how much was it they will give it back. I said no and continued to walk away, and they said here is your money, and they didn't even have time to open the register. They seem to know what they are doing and are ready is people complain. I will never ever come back to this thieving Panda again. Shame on them for stealing to give to "charity."

This place is not closed. If you order the one entree you'll get a decent amount of entree. If you order three entrees, good luck getting more than two fork fulls. As I check out I ask for an additional fork to which "you can grab one yourself". Great thanks. Oh ya thanks for my one napkin. These crappy napkins ever place us using is ridiculous. Anyway I asked for more napkins I get handed two more. I said "oh please could you spare 4 of those, I would sooo appreciate it". Holy cow the lady was just that rude, I hate my job, move along type of worker. Btw. Food was descent so I bumped up my star.

They are still open. First time coming here and my coworker always do but they said they don't offer mall employee discount which is a lie because my coworker says they do idk why they'd lie and discriminate against me it's a dollar discount and one of the only and best perk of working for the mall for them to not offer it is just rude

The woman who served who made me and my friends plate was amazing her service was spot on but the rude Oriental man and woman ruined the experience I will pass this spot next time there are too many other food options to settle for such unprofessional owners get it together or I'm sure more people will do the same

Located upstairs in the food court area at Galleria at Tyler. We got the plate with 3 sides. We had the fried rice with Beijing beef for 2 out of the 3 sides and the orange chicken for the last side. We also got a large soda to wash down the food with hehe. Anyways, we waited a bit on a Friday night, around 6.30 pm for them Beijing beef, no complaint though because they were making it and when we got our food, the beef was fresh out of the wok and it was crispy, warm, and full of flavors. The orange chicken was okay, it could be better if it was more crispy, but it's all good. The fried rice is of course bland - I think of it as fancy white rice. Lol, it has pieces of carrots, peas, and eggs, but no flavors. It's not like the typical fried rice that you get at an actual Chinese restaurant. Anyways, there's just something about Panda Express that just hit the spot when you haven't had it in a while.
