This review goes to employee Vincent working at the Tyler mall Panda Express. Came in today to pick up 3 plates since the dodgers won last night ! Going forward Vincent was handling the order taking and serving and taking orders which is hard working of him and through this time I observed he was patient and treated every customer in a fair timely manner. but in reality panda needs to better their service by prioritizing mobile orders first! Also putting 1 cashier and 1-2 servers...

I have to get this off my chest, but this is by far the best Panda Express in town. Everytime I go the food is fresh, the service is fast, and the food is BOMB. I swear there’s this same lady who’s been working there for years and let me just say, she knows how to run a kitchen. I think the fact that this Panda Express has outlived most of, if not ALL of the other dining options in the food court should speak for itself. Tyler mall Panda Express, I rock with ya’ll keep up...

Service improved in time for my return on 8/10/24. I received all menu items I ordered and no one had trouble reading my order typed out on my iPad. That’s how I hope it goes every time.

See y’all next year cuz other events will prevent me from attending the one that happens here for the remains of 2024.
