Jasmine was rude and disrespectful. I was asked by a homeless person if I could help them get food. I went out of my way to spend twenty dollars to feed a stranger. Jasmine told me add checkout that I would have to have that woman leave, this was stated by her manager, she said. She was not welcome to sit and eat. After I was purchasing food for her. This is how african americans were treated, my people during slavery and jim crow. Now we're treating the homeless when people are willing to buy them food. She was not acting irate she was not yelling or screaming. She just wanted some food she asked me, and I was willing to purchase her some food. I think most people nowadays are
1 or 2 emergencies away from being in some real trouble financially, we need to start caring about each other instead of thinking about ourselves.

Placed an online order for Pickup at this location. Ordered a BIGGER PLATE option (3) item, and additional MEDIUM sized entrée. Went home to ENJOY a FRIDAY DATE NIGHT... Restaurant is 3 miles away ONLY to find they had given me a SMALL EXTRA ENTRÉE instead of the MEDIUM I had ordered. A DIFFERENCE of about $2.00. Called location MANAGER WAS RUDE... HONESTLY SHE COULD HAVE CAREDLESS ABOUT WHAT I ORDERED. I was asked to come back (it was a TOGO order) EVERYTHING WOULD HAVE BEEN COLDER THAN IT ALREADY WAS. PANDA SUCKS!!

If I could do 0 STARS I would the food was ok but the service was extremely horrible..I ordered delivery because I just had surgery..and when it was delivered the guys said no one gave him drinks ...so I called the store to let them know that I was missing my two drinks and I was missing half of my kids meal and the girl on the phone said there was nothing they could do or the manager..when I asked her what her name was she laughed and hung up I then proceeded to call back again and she would not pick up the phone the two times I called back
I ordered online and tried to use my reward points. Whatever I chose, I had to purchase an extra side before I could check out. Why give points if you can't use them without having to make an extra purchase.
Horrible. Was charged for things I didn't order, wasn't offered a refund.

We were in a bind and Alex was awesome he literally made sure we got our huge order fast and honestly super grateful he did that for us… thank you Alex and your coworkers
I’m an employee of another store and I came in to order for a friend orange chicken without the sauce in my three entree plate with a medium on the side and two chicken egg rolls with a bowl in which the employees and manager gave me grief about saying that they can’t make me the orange chicken with out the sauce. I had to announce that it’s a lie and that I am an employee at a different store just to get them to accommodate me in getting my order as I asked. Let’s not forget that I got a 10% discount instead of the 20% employees discount horrible service. The store is also in a horrible location with really no parking at all for customers or employees. Too bad I wasn’t a mystery shopper otherwise they would have failed also there chow-mien was horrible.

At 9pm, this place was very busy, I guess being that it was 1 hr to closing time (10pm) they had already started breaking down and cleaning the cooking and prep areas. 1 person was cleaning while the another person was only cooking side entrées as needed. After waiting nearly 20min or so for my turn to order, I was extremely disappointed they had not cooked any additional veggies, the bowl was empty when i had arrived. They expected me to wait an approximate additional 15min plus after they had already fixed one of two dinners ordered. With the place having a line of customers and more costumers still entering, I wonder why they had already started breaking down, knowing customers were still entering ?. Totally disappointed.

Idk if you all need to wear hair nets or clean your clothes more often but pull off hairs off the rangoos was pretty gross and then a eyelash or dog hair on another is too much

Don't waste your time at this location!! Didn't get a chance to spend my hard earned money there because the rude little boy behind the mask kept rushing me as soon as I walked in he saw me looking at the options "Hi can I help you"?I said gimme a sec pls. Went up ordered a bigger plate and a kids meal. He needed my options before he could make my kids meal. Even after I told him I wasn't sure about my options yet. He couldve literally made my childs meal. Like chill out bro. You're at work you ain't going nowhere and getting me out of the way faster doesn't make me want to eat there. Also if you don't want to do your job right go find another job. Sheesh at $21/hr you'd expect excellent service! Now I see why you have a 3.8 rating. Panda Express! Your employee is losing you money!!
This location really cares about customer service. They are fast and friendly. The food is always fresh. They said Scan the QRC code this week and I got a 2 entree plate for only $5.The meal got doggie approval too!
