Always a different experience when I visit. I had a manager once serve me and gave generous portions and was happy to serve me with a good attitude.
The last time I went the server was very monotone and gave barely enough food portions to fill the containers. They had a small amount of chow mein left and he still served me from the bottom of the bowl with small pieces of noodles and tons of veggies. The next person after me was offered to wait for a fresh batch. I ordered orange chicken and broccoli beef for my sides. They were out of broccoli beef so I waited for a fresh batch. When I got home I had a double serving of broccoli beef with mostly broccoli, barely any beef and no orange chicken so I was very disappointed in the last experience. The person who took the order was different from who filled the box afterwards so I'm not sure if the gentlemen wrote it down correctly or if she made the mistake filling it. I wish it was consistent with the experiences. I'll got to a different location next time.

I ordered door dash and when it arrived I was missing my drinks, an entree and there was significantly less than I have ever received than any other time. I called and told it was not the stores job to fix it but I could drive over and get what was missing. I explained that the reason I could not drive was due to illness. They said I could get my food a different day, but that does not help for today. I asked for a refund and they said that was not their job.

Teriyaki chicken should come with teriyaki sauce. If i have to pay extra for it just say so. If used to be included with the order, but idk if its just this locatio n, but its rare. And if i choose the option extra teriyaki sauce on the app, that would be 2 of them. I cant even get 1

Very judgemental management due to the location of this food chain they treat their customers very unprofessional I asked to use their restroom. Alex, the assistant here, was profiling me as I was simply trying to him as my rewards were not uploading

Food and service were acceptable. We were the only ones waiting to order, but we had to wait because there was only one server, and she was busy filling online orders. She did apologize for the wait. I think there was another server on break. The food was fresh and tasty. Only one problem was the mixed greens, which were undercooked almost raw. The servings were generous.

Jasmine was rude and disrespectful. I was asked by a homeless person if I could help them get food. I went out of my way to spend twenty dollars to feed a stranger. Jasmine told me add checkout that I would have to have that woman leave, this was stated by her manager, she said. She was not welcome to sit and eat. After I was purchasing food for her. This is how african americans were treated, my people during slavery and jim crow. Now we're treating the homeless when people are willing to buy them food. She was not acting irate she was not yelling or screaming. She just wanted some food she asked me, and I was willing to purchase her some food. I think most people nowadays are
1 or 2 emergencies away from being in some real trouble financially, we need to start caring about each other instead of thinking about ourselves.

Placed an online order for Pickup at this location. Ordered a BIGGER PLATE option (3) item, and additional MEDIUM sized entrée. Went home to ENJOY a FRIDAY DATE NIGHT... Restaurant is 3 miles away ONLY to find they had given me a SMALL EXTRA ENTRÉE instead of the MEDIUM I had ordered. A DIFFERENCE of about $2.00. Called location MANAGER WAS RUDE... HONESTLY SHE COULD HAVE CAREDLESS ABOUT WHAT I ORDERED. I was asked to come back (it was a TOGO order) EVERYTHING WOULD HAVE BEEN COLDER THAN IT ALREADY WAS. PANDA SUCKS!!
