“Food and atmosphere are ok despite being in a very busy plaza. Getting out is a nightmare sometimes. The service this ok at best. Lots of super long faces in the food prep/pick up area. Plus I straight up asked a girl where my smoothie was and she just stared back at me. Didn’t ask for clarification or anything just silence. Extremely odd and I would imagine makes certain guests uncomfortable.“
“I love Panera Bread restaurants in general, but the one located in the Riverside Plaza is the BEST! the food is always great, the atmosphere is absolutely wonderful, and the service is the BEST!!!. Everyone at this location is extremely friendly, helpful and kind. The all the staff members are happy and smiling and helpful. I am extremely happy for the SIP Club and how easy the process is. The management is always present and cleaning the store, it is obvious that they lead by example. I do have to give a special thank you to Ed, and Sloan because they are always checking on the customers and if I was a secret shopper or something like that I would definitely would give this team 10/10. Thank you Panera Riverside Plaza. Keep up the amazing customer service...“
