“This has to be one of the best Panera locations I’ve been to. The food was fantastic, the coffee was great, everything was clearly fresh and made with genuine care, and the restaurant was absolutely spotless.
What really made our visit memorable, though, was Mando, the customer service lead working in the dining room. He gave us one of the best customer service experiences we could have asked for. He was kind, attentive, proactive and genuinely welcoming without ever being over the top or making it feel forced.
He checked in on us, made sure we had everything we needed and paid attention to all the little details that make a visit feel special. I also noticed that he gave the same level of warmth and care to every other customer in the dining room.
I’m visiting from Australia, and Mando made my girlfriend and me feel incredibly welcome. He genuinely made our day in all the small ways that count.

“LOVE this store! I've never had a bad meal here and the staff is extraordinarily friendly and professional. Izzy, Hannah, Yesenia, Madison, et all are wonderful. They make you feel welcome and go above and beyond to not JUST make sure your order is right, but to make you feel like you're shopping at a Mom & Pop and not an overpriced mega corporation. I once asked about the ingredients in a pecan braid. They answered and I chose a different dessert. They realized afterward they got the ingredients slightly wrong and gave me pecan braid free in addition to the dessert I paid for with my You Pick 2 combo just to be nice. Before Corporate screams, that pecan braid is now one of my favorite desserts and I've paid extra just to add it to my order several times now. So, Corporate, yes, kindness and humanity ACTUALLY net you more money longterm. Imagine that. Store is clean and well maintained. It's always a nice way to end a long day in well kept cozy mood lighting. And the strawberry pecan salad is incredible. Cut your executive margin, Panera and pay crews like this more money.“
