“Lynn a team Leader or Manager as stated on her name tag. Was very professional and informative on the questions I asked her about the menu and establishment. Got the Hot Chicken bacon Rancher and black tea with a cinnamon roll. First time here as I came for a business meeting. Wonderful. My only complaint not for her but for myself I didn’t leave her a tip I was so focused on eating and being a little ill I wanted something Warm and to eat!!! “This has to be one of the best Panera locations I’ve been to. The food was fantastic, the coffee was great, everything was clearly fresh and made with genuine care, and the restaurant was absolutely spotless.
What really made our visit memorable, though, was Mando, the customer service lead working in the dining room. He gave us one of the best customer service experiences we could have asked for. He was kind, attentive, proactive and genuinely welcoming without ever being over the top or making it feel forced.
He checked in on us, made sure we had everything we needed and paid attention to all the little details that make a visit feel special. I also noticed that he gave the same level of warmth and care to every other customer in the dining room.
I’m visiting from Australia, and Mando made my girlfriend and me feel incredibly welcome. He genuinely made our day in all the small ways that count.
