Panera Bread in Riverside

“I visited this location early this week and the attention from Carl made a difference.

Carl was smiling all the time to all customers and making sure that he prioritized every customer in line or needing anything if they were dining in.

I messed up choosing dine-in for my order instead of take-out and he gladly updated my order. Compared to other locations, this is a location where I have perceived a difference in terms of customer treatment. Recommended and I hope you have the same customer experience“

“it is an incredibke Mediterranean Chicken salad.

It is so healthy and tasty.

Their version of the Cheese Steak Sandwich is so good.

The half salad and half sandwich is plenty of food for me.

I also really enjoy the Cheddar Brocoli Soap.

Their all you can drink hot coffee is a good deal. I bring in my own thermas.

I really like the all you can drink ice coffee and ice tea. It is great for when I have to do a lot of paper work for work.

The atmosphere is great for working on line and charging devices.

There are a lot of college students doing homework in many Panera Breads.

I prefer Panera Bread locations over Coffee shops for the healthy food and prices.

I even go into a Panera Bread on my day off to write creatively. The atmosphere inspires me to write for fun.“

“I guess I should just get used to it, but customer service everywhere is not very good. There were a couple of employees doing around and waited for me to use the kiosk to order. They were out of iced tea and I asked them to refill it but the employee finished something on the computer before he did. Overall it was okay but also it could have used someone to walk around and clean up the restaurant.“
