I love this place when it's raining cuz this spot is so warm,you could study or relax with friends, the food and drinks are good, especially there coffee ☕️ 😋..I got this chipotle sandwich,with a bowl of Mac and cheese it was so good 👍 😋..I recommend this warm spot to anyone.

Did a Craiglist buy, here, for public location. Otherwise, I'd never go to one of these. Breakfast and coffee were better than expected. I got some kind of bagel meal and the hazelnut coffee. Service was great. Atmosphere... well, it's a Panera Bread. The people watching was pretty good.

Mac n cheese Kids meal is literally just a bowl of Mac. Not a kids meal at all.
The 1/2 sandwich was over $11 and was smaller than the palm of my hand.

Ordered 2 sandwiches, soup, bacon Mac & cheese and a muffin. One sandwich was made wrong, other sandwich had the meat falling out the side of the bread, soup was great, bacon Mac & cheese had no bacon, muffin was scrumptious! Took far too long to get our order. Too many people in there studying or working on a laptop with nothing but a drink in front of them. We got the last open table in the place so we offered to share with an elderly lady who was looking desperately for a place to sit. She was wonderful company! Two tables near us were engaged in business meetings, again with nothing but drinks in front of them. Lady next to us was tutoring students, many students, elementary school age, coming in and out...again not ordering anything! BTW, I would've had our food made right but considering how long it took to get it in the first place, I didn't have the time.

I ordered dinner through grubhub from Panera and got my kid a turkey sandwich on white bread. The description clearly states white bread and a picture of white bread. I received the food and it comes on sourdough. My child won't eat sourdough. Last time I ordered they made my sandwich on white and my kids on sourdough as well. It was suppose to be the opposite. Idk what's going on over there but I'm not buying Panera anymore. It use to be really good but its NOT anymore.

I ordered a coffee with my girlfriend, but it tasted watered down. I brought it to the barista’s attention, and she was very understanding and immediately offered to remake it. The second one was perfect. Great customer service

Not up to Panera standards. Service was incredibly slow for ordering. Order took a long tome to be processed. Floors in restaurant are dirty. Shoes stuck to the floor in the bathroom. Very disappointing.

I was eating my tuna sandwich and bit into a metal bread tie.
