We arrived at the restaurant about an hour before closing and asked to sit outside because it was too cold inside. They said it wasn’t allowed, which we respected. After placing our order, we realized it was too cold to stay, so we politely moved to a different table that seemed a bit warmer. Immediately, staff told us we had to return to our original table because they had already cleaned the others. We explained that it was uncomfortable and asked to cancel the order, but they ignored us and showed zero understanding or courtesy.
In all my life, I have never experienced such rude and inflexible service. It completely ruined the evening. Definitely not coming back, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who values basic respect and hospitality.

Wish this place was bigger, it never disappoints! The chicken is always super tender and flavorful and the strawberry date blue cheese salad is always on point with the sweet and salty flavors. Everyone of my family and friends i have taken here has always enjoyed it and always asks to come back. Don't sleep on the hummus trio, so delightful. To top everything off, the staff is always so friendly and efficient.

Second time coming here today with my mom and we love it! ... The food is fresh and great as well as the service is very friendly... We have had the pleasure of having Angela attending to us and being so nice always... As well as Nancy .. i want to thank Nancy as i suffer from vertigo and she was so kind hearted the first time we came here to shut off the ceiling fans in the front outside for me to have a mote enjoyable experience... I thank her from the bottom of my heart for being so kind . Will be coming back here alot :)

Stopped in for lunch while shopping at the mall. Upon arrival we were greeted by our host and quickly seated. This was mid-afternoon so the lunch crowd was pretty much gone. There were plenty seats available and I would say it wasn't very busy at this time. However after the waitress took our order she really didn't tend to us the rest of the meal. We needed drink refills and she never stopped by, after we were done with our meal we asked the gal picking up our dishes for drink refills. Other than that the food was good the restrooms were clean, sta onff was pleasant and the establishment was well taken care of. I dropped a star due the the refill issue but was not disappointed with the meal.

Sunday night dinner after 6pm is a challenge. The mall doors are locked so you must use the entry to the far left which is not well identified. Walk through the restaurant and exit to place your name on the waitlist. We were seated quickly. Our waitress was kind and helpful. Gave me a cold wine glass for my beer since cold beer glasses were not available. Ordered our dinner and watched tables who ordered after us receive their dinners. It seemed that our waitress knew something was wrong but never informed us of any delay. While the food is tasty, the vegetables for the skewers were mostly raw although charred from a flame. Used the electronic method to pay via credit card. However still waiting for my receipt. It is unlikely I misspelled my email address.

I’ve been going to this place for awhile the food is always delicious but recently the service has been terrible. Was there yesterday with my girls . The staff acted as if they didn’t want to be there I got asked if i needed plates I said yes the boy never returned with the i kept have to ask for certain items that should already be a given to bring to the table . There use to be a with long hair and a ponytail
His service was on point.. never had to ask for refills he would just come and do it always checked on his tables , made sure everything was good . That’s the type of service they always need . We shouldn’t have to constantly or continuously ask for items that the waiter should always be supplying to the table .

A nightmare of lies. If I could give negative 1000, I would. On Mother's Day at noon, I ordered 160 dollars of food to be delivered by 1.30pm. I ordered online on this restaurant website. A door dash delivery person contacted me by about 1.15, saying they were picking up my order. By 1.30, the driver messaged me asking me to contact the store for the store who told them there may be an hour wait. I said the hour was fine, and I would pay them for their time. I called he store. I continued to call the store and text with driver as was told a web of lies about they could not get to my order and they were busy and no time estimate and why don't I just cancel. I spoke to the manager about the store, which said the same lies. They played this game even at 4.30 and 5.30 which when I cakes Becca suddenly I was emailed and text that my delivery had been canceled. I cakes tge restaurant who lied and told me my order had just come out and another door dash delivery person took my order and call door dash. I did not actually arrange door dash. They did. But I cakes door dash who said tge merchant, ie tge restaurant canceled and they read all the texts and complaints if tge driver and me and contacted tge restaurant who finally admitted to door dash that yes they canceled my order. I was not reissued my 160 dollars. It was still taken from my bank. Door dash issued a request for refund for me. I tried 25 times to call the restaurant with no one answering phones now so I cakes my bank. My bank got on top and immediately issued me a refund and immediately found all tge paper trail and door dash complaints and it still took the restaurant over a week to actually issue me a refund . I had written a complaint to the restaurant corporate website asking to be contacted in writing by email and provided my email as well as phone. They never ever ever ever contacted me. Crickets. Still haven't contacted me. I told them I expected a full immediate refund and I needed them to do delivery at whatever time or date my order that was my only mother's day celebrations as I was home ill. Weeks later still nothing. All of those phone calls were recorded. All of those texts of Door dash . All the lies of that incompetent manager and her lies. As I told her I too had worked a good part of a decade in good service and always worked mother's day. I am well aware of the rush but it is a special type of willfull incompetent who still can not get an order out 5 hours later and lies and cancels. This is beyond any type of reality. Never go to this restaurant. Never. Worst customer service. Zero resolution or even talking to me about my major complaints. The food delivery service they use and my bank had to take them on their lies. This is not acceptable behavior!

First off, it took forever to be seated, and they were not packed with clients nor understaffed. Once we ordered, it took an excessive amount of time to get our food. The food did not live up to how much it costs, and the waitress duped me into ordering too much because she was completely off about the size of the item I was ordering. Then, when we received the bill, I provided my card promptly to be told I had to wait for someone else to take my payment. This person took so long that I got fed up and got in the line for ordering to go to try to pay. I do not recommend this restaurant, and I'm not coming back again, and I wouldn't eat here again even if the meal was free.

This was suggested by a friend. Everything was great, except for the service. Don't know if the server was having a bad day or just didn't like our group? Didn't come back and check on us, give us water or drinks.
Would I suggest coming here? Yes. This was my one time experience.
