Me and my dad went here to try this place for the first time ever, we walked in and sat ourselves as we were one of two groups in the restaurant. The waiter took forever to bring us our drinks after we ordered them and then we placed our order of two very basic paninis. We sat there for almost 45 minutes watching everyone around us be served as they came in after us and eventually we left, no one came to check on us in 45 minutes and never asked if we wanted refills or anything so my dad got up and left. I’m never home because of work so when I am home I come to see my parents and that waste of time ruined my dads mood so I told the server we were leaving and they said they forgot to put our order in. I didn’t even care to listen to them because it took so damn long and they could’ve cared less and I walked out. Bummed out on our experience and hopefully they clean it up but we will never be going back because this place doesn’t deserve our hard earned money

Got seated right away but waited 25 minutes for someone to take our order for drinks and food. 10 more minutes had pass and no drinks. By that time the restaurant was clearing out. Some other people were waiting even longer than us and were seated before us and no drinks or food. Horrible service they need more waiters or servers.

Horrible experience we were seated down and 30 min after no server asked for order and waited and waited. After 35 min we ordered and people who came after got their food. We decided to leave I don’t know what happened to this place service was good.

no better than dog food. i got take out and they forgot to let me know when it's done i sat there for an extra 20 mins they dont notify you and just make you wait there while your food is in the cubbard. secondly the beef koobideh is absolutely not spiced. literally meat and thats it. ive gone to other ones nearby and the quality is 10x more for the same price. do not waste your money at this chain restaurant

Five stars for my food (good portion chicken kabob plate, Mediterranean salad, amazing tiramisu ), but there was no customer service. I ordered online, which stated my food would be ready in 20 minutes. I ended up waiting about 40 minutes to get a meal for one person. I checked in at the counter and she said it was almost ready. I sat right by the counter and saw numerous to go orders coming up. After waiting another 20 minutes, I asked the same lady if my order was ready yet. Sure enough, it had been sitting on the shelf for who knows how long. No apology, no eye contact and appeared annoyed I'm asking about my order. I had even added a tip when I placed my online order and wished I could get that refunded after basically being ignored. If you order online, don't be in a hurry or believe their pick up times. I would still go back because I do love their Kabobs, rice and tiramisu. Pita bread should be provided with the meal. They charge for it. Most Mediterranean kabob restaurants I go to provide an order of pita with the meal.

First, what happened to the flavor? The food has become so bland. I will keep some around so next time someone's being a little loud, I'll feed this to them and it'll take all the personality out of them.

Secondly, why do I need to solve your ever-changing riddles to pick up my online order? You used to ask for my name. Cool, I know my name. Then you wanted to see the credit card used. I once sent someone to pick up a catering order for my birthday party and they refused to give him the food. I had to leave my own party to pick up food. This time I had my card ready, but now you refuse to feed me unless I gave you the confirmation number from the email. I had to come back with my phone. But wait, there's no "confirmation number" on the email. There's an ORDER NUMBER. "Yeah, that's the number." Wait, it literally says under the order number, "YOU DO NOT NEED THIS NUMBER TO PICK UP." Are you doing this on purpose?

This place deserve no stars.
This place is a complete rip-off! The falafel was extremely dry and hard to break apart. The oil in the falafel was rancid, and the overall taste was unpleasant. The food is overpriced, and it’s not worth the money. The guy didn’t even bother to serve us a piece of bread; he just threw in a half-cucumber that was barely worth a penny.

For $11, we got five small, hard falafel balls, a half-cucumber, and a tiny amount of tahini and salad. It’s a joke! I’ve never had such a bad meal in my life. The oil was so old that I could taste it. Don’t even think about going there. Save your money and your taste buds.

I’m writing to the restaurant owner to let him know that his customers are not stupid. Once you go there, you never go back.
It really should be zero stars.

The restaurant was my favorite, but after a great experience with lentil soup, today's service was unacceptable. I ordered a chicken and beef kebab with rice and hummus, but they told me it would be an extra 4-8 dollars for the hummus and bread. I didn't care, but the server's attitude was despotic and arrogant. I doubt I'll ever visit again, not even if they offer me a free meal. As a Jew, I'm proud to wear my Star of David, and I speculate that the server noticed it, which may have contributed to her behavior. I feel sorry for the restaurant, as the server clearly lacked education and deserves better, possibly a chance to leave her miserable life for a better one."

Their combo appetizer platter and family style combo plate which comes with two large salads are highly recommended, and making the dining here a great value in today's marketYou can always add more different kabobs to your family style plates.
Great service, the authentic food and good quality ingredients plus many good tasting reasonably priced options on the menu makes this place an ideal place to dine ,specially for groups and families.

The food is good, but the service is very bad, unoccupied tables and they kept us waiting for a long time outside, when they finally gave us a table we waited almost 40 more minutes, we asked for pita bread and it never arrived
