Pizza is just average, but that is what you are paying for. An average pizza. The ordering process is very inefficient. You call an overseas 800 number and it takes forever to place the order due to the language barrier. The last two times I have ordered, I go in to pick up the pizza at the advised time and they haven't started the order. It's almost like they are surprised they have an order in their system. Perfect order and delivery! I had to call the store because I accidently ordered 2 pizzas. The worker that answered the phone was so nice, courteous and professional. The food was delivered hot, cooked like I ordered it, and delicious as always. I highly recommend the Papa John's Pizza on Trautwein in Riverside! Hopefully you will be as pleased with the service, food, and delivery like I was. AWESOME!!

Love the pizza when it's made properly, but absolutely hate it when people don't know how to seal the garlic dipping sauce correctly or check if its sealed properly and it gets all over the pizza ?
