i added items to my cart on the app went to answer a call and my order was placed. ok ill buy it im waiting for it to be arrive and it says delivered but i didnt get anything lol. pizza is mediocre anyway but they're the only one that services my area... also they take forever to deliver and you can never track the order the system has never worked in all 10 years ive purchased from them.

My wife ordered pizza and bread sticks , at 6.09pm the call center takes the order and said I will find out how long for pickup he said 15 minutes I got there 6.25 pm was not ready yet so I paid for it and waited outside, the order was ready 6.55 pm I told the manager about it he said that was the call center not them but he checked with them , and he was very rude , I will try to find the owner to let him know about customer service, and he told me to get out of his store , will never order pizza from there any more

Worst Poo Poo John's ever! Cheese was hard pizza crust had no pepperoni's in it and I asked for light to medium sauce, it was dry hardly any sauce? When you place your order I think a "CALL CENTER" answers the phones! The guy that takes the call had a heavy Hindu/Asian accent kinda hard to understand and he keeps repeating himself and tries to keep you on the phone for bread sticks cookies add soda WTF FOR AT LEAST 8 minutes and puts you on hold too! Usually I pick up a pizza from Ontario Poo Poo John's after work and I thought I'd give the one in riverside a try MISTAKE! Winco has better pizza!

Pizza is just average, but that is what you are paying for. An average pizza. The ordering process is very inefficient. You call an overseas 800 number and it takes forever to place the order due to the language barrier. The last two times I have ordered, I go in to pick up the pizza at the advised time and they haven't started the order. It's almost like they are surprised they have an order in their system. Then I have to wait an extra 20 minutes while they finally make the food. I understand this is a low budget pizza place, but this is a national chain and it should be better than this.

Papa Johns has good fresh pizza; however, after a long shift at work, all I wanted to do was place a simple order for pickup. This incident occurred on 3/22/22 @ approximately 5:30 p.m. The worker who answered the phone kept rambling about refunds & credits, at which time, he turned the phone over to another worker who was rude & lied to me about Papa Johns being completely out of medium pizzas (everyone knows that as long as a pizza place has dough, they can produce small, medium, or large pizzas)..This is completely unacceptable behavior & not the right way to treat customers. I will not be doing business with this establishment anymore.

Bought 3 pizzas and spent $68. The employee wouldn't give me plates or napkins. Rude. Be kind. Do the right thing. Pizza is expensive.
They are the rudest employees I have ever encountered at a pizza place. I placed an order 12:22 it said it would take between 22-32 minutes for pick up. I showed up at 12:55 , and there was nobody at the front counter. A male and female walked out from the back room. The male was extremely rude, and nonchalant when I asked able my order. He simply said there were no orders ready when I asked about my order, and that the phone system sometimes had delays. My question is: why the hell do you have a phone system that doesn't work?? It's Papa John's, a national chain with thousands of locations, why have a phone ordering system that doesn't work? It looks like I will be ordering from Dominos, and Pizza Hut.

This has always been just a mediocre Papa John's. But tonight it sunk to an all time low. I believe they covered one of their pizza boxes with half the amount of a normal pizza , baked it and tried to pass it off as food. If I could give this dump less than 1 star I would. Woodcrest sure could use a good pizza place.

Perfect order and delivery! I had to call the store because I accidently ordered 2 pizzas. The worker that answered the phone was so nice, courteous and professional. The food was delivered hot, cooked like I ordered it, and delicious as always. I highly recommend the Papa John's Pizza on Trautwein in Riverside! Hopefully you will be as pleased with the service, food, and delivery like I was. AWESOME!!

Really!????? Your closed???? On Halloween!? I came yesterday to order a couple of pizza's this is what i got!!! What is this!? My son brought ut home ladt night! Butbtheybwere closed by the time 8 wanted to take them back,we go in the morning! And ut says open so we go in,to let them knowcwhat we received was garbage! And the guys yells from the back room! "WERE CLOSEEED!!! Really? Wow!! Has this happened to you here?? I am sorry,its disgraceful!! Im calling corporate! The managers a joke! I was in shock so i am so calling corporate! Its riduculous! If i could give them "0" stars i would! Taking my money elsewhere!! Angry,sad!! I mean look at these pizzas!? I wanna cry!!!!!

Ordered online, and when it was ready for pick up they said my pizza was given to someone else accidentally. They had to make my pizza again and I had to wait longer for my order.
