Very refreshing to receive the most amazing customer service at an eatery! Literally Kaden is the best here at the Riverside plaza! Not only did he make me aware of the app and its amazing reward system he took care of my order with ease and gave me a special fortune cookie for my birthday! We need more customer service workers in good and beverage like this! In all of the past ten years since I’ve witnessed customer service going down this brought joy to me to see some people still value their customers! Lemme tell the consistency here is amazing even if it’s busy of course their be a slight wait but it’s very worth it service is great as well always very helpful and nice small talk riverside location has always been my favorite, I recommend the teriyaki and my kids love the house!
