Pier 76 Fish Grill

Food & service is good. But for a place of business where food is, it could be cleaner. Don't look up. The light fixtures need some TLC. Robert Irvine would be making a face if he saw it, I know I did.

Small storefront in Riverside plaza with a team that really cares about their establishment. It’s very clean and organized. Wonderful decor and lighting. Not a large restaurant, but does not feel cramped. I almost did not come, because I thought there was no alcohol. It’s a weekend night and I want great food and drinks. Lo and Behold, they have a wonderful beer and wine bar adjacent to the food counter. With MadeWest and Pizza Port as tap options, you can tell they care about quality. They also have Stubborn cane sugar soda as their fountain option.

The food is extremely clean and well presented, and the prices cannot be beat. My partner got a scallop dish for less than $25, chock full of scallops. I got the most wonderful crispy fish tacos; with homemade corn/flour tortillas and a combination of green cabbage and pickled red cabbage.

We were stuffed with food and beer for less than $100. And the quality was definitely on par with establishments in LA or the beach cities.

If you’re looking for a nice, casual place to take friends, family, or even a date; I highly recommend Pier 76.

There grilled fish is always tender and juicy 🤤. And the sides are the best..

My tacos were amazing!!! They are also dog friendly! They brought my dog a water dish and he got to lay on the floor next to my table. 5 stars for being amazing to me and my dog :)

For a $30 burrito, there was hardly any lobster actually in it! I felt like I ordered $30 worth of rice, beans, and corn because that was like 90% of the actual burritos contents. My girlfriend also left disappointed as her burrito was also filled to the brim with rice. At least the service here is nice and friendly.

The lobster roll was kind of expensive, and it had too much bread. The clam chowder was ok. The fish and chips were very good!

Great food!

Best seafood restaurant in Riverside for the money. Wide selection of entrees and appetizers. You have to order from the counter and the server who brought our food wasn't particularly sharp or swift but everything we ordered was delicious and extremely reasonably priced. Atmosphere is lively if a bit loud; would definitely return.

We eat here frequently. Mostly we get the same thing. Haven’t tried a lot of things but we love the salmon plate and seabass plate. We change up the side but the fish is always excellent. We eat here about 4-5 times per week; we love it obvi.

Vegetarian options: Lots of veggies and salads.

Dietary restrictions: There are lots of menu items for dietary concerns.

Parking: Plenty of parking at Marshall’s.

Kid-friendliness: Always children and or babies. There are high chairs.

So, this is my first and last visit to pier 76 fish grill. I ordered the yellowtail and upon eating the overly cooked tough yellowtail it turned out to be bad towards the center of the fillet. I could not finish my meal, the fries were soggy and the jalapeno slaw was subpar. It was just sloppy cole slaw and pickled jalapeno's I don't know who decided to create that but please reconsider using pickled jalapeno's or reconsider on being that adventurous in the kitchen. The only thing good about this place is the soda which I chugged to take the disgusting taste out of my mouth.
