“I had ordered on-line for pick up. The small waiting area was full with 8 people when I arrived, I thought the store was behind. I stepped in, waited maybe 1 minute, and was greeted. My order was ready. He included a bag of way-to-many packs of parm and red pepper flake. (Now our pantry is stocked). He retrieved the Ranch needed for the wings and off I went. I left thinking that was amazing. Fast, effeceint and 20% off for ordering on-line. The food was fresh, hot and delicious. I failed to tell them the store lights were off outside, I had a hard time seeing it for the first time coming here. Funny though, my driveway lights were not on yet either. I had to adjust my own timer.“

Even with the change in ownership throughout the years, the food has stayed consistently great, but we love that the current management has made the place more of a sit down restaurant/family friendly. No more need to go spend double the $$$ at a place like Shakey's when you can support a mom and pop place with way better pizza!🥰“

“We’ve visited Mod several times, several different locations. We always love it but today was exceptional. We were served by Brooklyn and she was amazing. She really took her time with us and made sure that we were getting exactly what we wanted. I’m a little picky and my daughter has food allergies, so we aren’t the easiest customers. Brooklyn served us with warmth and a smile and offered wonderful suggestions to help us.
My only complaint is that I tried to tip her for her awesome service and she said she was not allowed to accept tips and that it had to go in the tip jar. I told her, no and that I was handing the money to her directly and she politely declined and said again that she was not allowed.
I understand it’s a team effort at Mod but I think that if a customer wants to tip an individual person, that person should be able to accept it.
Also, the restaurant could use a good scrub down. The walls and corners of the back booth are really yucky.“

“Pizza isn't about reinventing the wheel, it's about a relatively cheap dinner that tastes good. To that end, this is a nicer pizza than I usually get, and it feels like I'm treating myself. The pizza is high quality and not too expensive. 10/10“

“Got the buffet for 14.99 really good pizza and service. Staff was very apologetic and gave me some free wings after a small little accident happened in my opinion, but I do see how I can lead to something bigger if it was with someone different. Overall great pizza, and great staff for taking care and being human.“

They sell pizza by the slice if you’re out to just grab a bite to eat. Definitely recommend visiting this place for yourself. Cost a little more than the typical franchise, but quality is quickly noticed. Atmosphere is awesome both inside and out. Fun place for good pizza and beautiful environment.“

As far as service, everyone was nice and helpful except the young lady at the pizza oven/ pickup station. I asked for olive oil + balsamic glaze on my pizzas and she made sure she let me know she was annoyed with my request... oh well, I thought maybe she was just tired so I didn't say anything. Not 1 minute later, she was all cheery and smiling chatting with 3 male teens while their pizzas were still baking... 🤷‍♀️“

“I placed an order and it got picked up and stolen by a doordasher. I called the location and they were so quick to resolve the issue for me. They ensured me that dasher would get banned and then they replaced my order and got it to me quickly. They were so nice and I was so grateful they believed me and didn’t once doubt me. “Was very skeptical at first just by looking at the pizza slices on the counter, but was surprised on how good it was. If you've had this pizza anywhere else very consistent with the taste. Could say it's a bit pricey but other than that not bad.“

We all enjoy the buffet and food can sometimes be a bit of a hit or miss with availability of food options but it’s nice to have something to eat while the kids have fun with all the rides and games available for them to enjoy! We also at times join the fun in bumper cars or the spinning ride thing! Their are some wait times for the rides but its not a big deal! Overall like any attraction establishment the price is high per person but you do get endless buffet while you visit there!“
