“I had ordered on-line for pick up. The small waiting area was full with 8 people when I arrived, I thought the store was behind. I stepped in, waited maybe 1 minute, and was greeted. My order was ready. He included a bag of way-to-many packs of parm and red pepper flake. (Now our pantry is stocked). He retrieved the Ranch needed for the wings and off I went. I left thinking that was amazing. Fast, effeceint and 20% off for ordering on-line. The food was fresh, hot and delicious. I failed to tell them the store lights were off outside, I had a hard time seeing it for the first time coming here. Funny though, my driveway lights were not on yet either. I had to adjust my own timer.“

“Really great pizza but my fav thing there is the Masala Fries. To die for, I'm not kidding. Try them! I get the mildest version and it's still spicy enough to be delicious.

Good ratio on the thin crust and generous with the toppings. Family owned and operated business by wonderful people. I wish you, family and the business nothing but good things. Even with the change in ownership throughout the years, the food has stayed consistently great, but we love that the current management has made the place more of a sit down restaurant/family friendly. “The place is a hidden gem just off Riverside plaza. If you’re craving pizza with customizations, go here. They also have pre-made toppings on the menu just in case you can’t decide. The staff are friendly and engaging. Free refills if you get a fountain drink. Once you finish ordering, they place it in a brick oven. Your order won’t take long to cook. Dining in is pretty chill and quiet in a good way. I Recommend this place for your pizza cravings.

Parking: Parking lot is a bit small since there are two other places that share parking. But I don’t think it’ll be too much of a hassle since not many go out to eat pizza for dine-in.“

Overall we like buying pizza from Scratch, BUT the one thing I just can't get over is the SERVICE CHARGE!, and the more you spend the more it goes up. “Kids are always excited to visit john’s incredible pizza place. We all enjoy the buffet and food can sometimes be a bit of a hit or miss with availability of food options but it’s nice to have something to eat while the kids have fun with all the rides and games available for them to enjoy! We also at times join the fun in bumper cars or the spinning ride thing! Their are some wait times for the rides but its not a big deal! Overall like any attraction establishment the price is high per person but you do get endless buffet while you visit there!“

“I placed an order and it got picked up and stolen by a doordasher. I called the location and they were so quick to resolve the issue for me. They ensured me that dasher would get banned and then they replaced my order and got it to me quickly. They were so nice and I was so grateful they believed me and didn’t once doubt me. “This place is a great hole in the wall Dive style bar that has its own Vibe. Worth visiting, Thursday night was busy, music choices were on point and they straight turn up the volume here to set the tone. Drinks were delicious prices were right and this seemed to really speak to the local vibe of Riverside. Glad my friend made me aware of this sweet spot in a neighbourhood that needs one.
