Food is decent, a little less fresh than we prefer. Our issue was with the cashier rolling her eyes at our requests. I've been here many times with no issues but a request for extra sauce got us an eye roll. Really rude, unnecessary, and unprofessional. She didn't even make an attempt to hide it. Was not busy and we were the only customer being served. No reason it should have been an issue.

First off, it's a poke place at a food court in a mall so don't have high expectations. The server was nice and friendly. I ordered a 3 scoop protein bowl. Portions were pretty light on the rice and fish (fish is cut into tiny squares) .. topping selection is solid and the finishing sauces were good. The spicy tuna lacked flavor and was just overly bitter. Overall I ate it and it was decent but I wouldn't try it again.

Fresh and yummy. They offer small bowls of you want a light lunch. I wish they had a wider topping selection but everything else is great. They also have boba and fruit smoothies! My favorite place to eat at the mall.

This is my first time getting food from here and I loved it! The price is more than fair considering that you get unlimited toppings- other poke places I've been to probably serve way smaller portions of fish and charge more. The cashier was a young lady who was super helpful and patient while I picked out my ingredients. There was an older lady that made my tea and it was delicious! Definitely coming back next time I am in the area.

First off, I love paying full price for a half assed bowl. Your 3 baby spoonfuls of protein should be more than 12 little cubes of fish. Even better, the cashier was inattentive, rude, and pretended her ears didn't work when I had a question as to why I got half a bowl for a full price. I got some excuse as to why she seemed to act like whatever I ordered was coming directly out of her paycheck, as if I've never eaten here before and don't know the portions or something. You can tell when you get your usual go-to food and the person gives you half of it, but a full attitude with it. You definitely don't get anywhere near what you pay for, and now rude service? The hell with this place. Whoever was the cashier at 5:56pm on Wednesday, December 9, 2020, is absolutely terrible and is in serious need of not only people skills, but a crash course in customer service. This girl is an embarrassment to your establishment and due to her stupid attitude, this is the last time I will visit this place.

Sadly I was disappointed with the service, I came here for the convenience and healthy option. When I went to order the girl behind the counter gave my girlfriend and I a form and a pen and said fill this out and she went about her business. It felt like I was doing a quiz, there has to be a better way to conduct business. If you don't like filling out forms for a quick lunch I'd recommend going elsewhere.
