What is the point of making you pull into a space to wait for your food when there is no one in line behind you. Threw the bag of food at me and forgot my drink. The taste of the chicken is meh.

Very unprofessional, not well trained personnel. Too young to know about customer service I guess.. I arrived and the cooks and three girls just looked at me I wasn’t greed not even sorry, placed my order and waited for 20 minutes for my food the place was empty. I went to check on my order the girl said we called you. I was literally two tables down from the counter they never called me if they did they didn’t madre an effort to reached me at the table.. The girls knew we place that order. Not ever a sorry.. We will never go back.. To top it off chicken was very salty..

Fried chicken. Crispy and moist inside. Could have more flavor. 4 stars.
Yucca Fries. Crispy and Tasty. Not starchy and stringy. Very good 5 stars.
Camperso Rice. Horrible. Disgusting. - 5 stars.
Taste worst than microwavable minute rice bags.

Pollo Campero in La Sierra is genuinely amazing. The food is always fresh, full of flavor, and cooked with the kind of care that keeps you coming back. Every visit feels welcoming, and the customer service is consistently warm, attentive, and respectful. The staff works hard, treats people kindly, and creates a positive atmosphere that really stands out.
It’s disappointing to see some people speak negatively or rudely about the place. We’re all human, and kindness goes a long way especially toward people who show up every day to serve their community with pride. If you give this Pollo Campero a fair chance, you’ll see the great food, great service, and great people behind it. I highly recommend it!

First you sever cold fries not hot or even room temperature then the bread is soggy can't eat that now the spicy chicken is not hot at all and you expect people to enjoy their food how do you even do any business if that how you serve food and I say for a fact that I will never eat here again for the price you charge I would be better off getting a damn dollar hot chicken from dollar tree than ever eat at your restaurant again

I've been wanting to try this place since it opened and finally got around to it. For being 11:30/12pm on a Sunday it was pretty dead when we went through the drive thru. For trying this for the first time and spending $30 between two people it was pretty disappointing. We ordered a 2 piece meal with rice and bread, 6 piece nugget combo with fries, bread, and campero sauce, and one empanada. We had to park and wait for our food while there was no one there, not a big deal I expected the chicken might take some time. We got our order within 2 minutes of parking in a stall. We got home and noticed both meals came with tortillas even though we requested bread, no sauce whatsoever for the nuggets and instead gave us cholula and ketchup. The 2 piece itself was small for a thigh and a leg for paying $10 and it was so greasy compared to other chicken places. The 6 piece nugget combo wasn't good, you could tell the chicken was sitting out for some time and wasn't fresh which is disappointing and no sauce for it. Portions just seemed small and the only redeeming thing was the empanada which was $3 for a single. With the current economy and spending $30 on a fast food place I would at least want my order to be correct and better portion sizes. I don't think we will be back after noticing some of the same issues with other reviewers.
I lost half of my food because of packaging.. when I got home I found food like pictures. Half food was on the ground
