The taste of the food is good but if you ask for crispy fries it seems like they make sure to put soggy ones, ask for hot sauce they will say it’s in the bag but it never is. The service is quick

It's a quick bite kind of place for me, not really a fan of chicken but my kids love it so I come here frequently. Their lemonade, however, is very very good, that's my favorite item. That and the bread. The chicken is too dry for my liking.

Ordered 4 meals, got home - drinks were wrong and no coleslaw. Had to go all the way back for the coleslaw. CHECK YOUR ORDER AT THE WINDOW!

after trying this for the first time I noticed I got bread coleslaw and a small piece of chicken , I mean I was Hungary when I left there , when you look at the menu you think your going to get a good sized piece of chicken LOL NOPE you get a chicken tender , my first AND LAST time going there

Be careful when going through the drive-thru. Today @ 5:45pm, I witnessed very concerning service. The employee handed my drink to another car, then took it back and tried to serve it to me. According to proper protocol, any food or beverage once handed out should be disposed of, not given to another customer.
When I asked for a replacement, she gave me back what appeared to be the same drink—melted ice and all—while trying to make it seem like it was remade. At that point, I had no choice but to throw it away.
This was very disappointing and a serious concern, especially considering I was ordering for my child. Proper food safety and customer service standards need to be followed.
Very saddening because my children love Canes. Think I need to start going to another Canes near by.
