Just went to the Riverside Magnolia location...SUCK! My server and manager did their best but experience was horrible. No utensils to open the crab legs. The new little plastic utensil got my fingers and hand aching. Both restrooms floors are flooded...not wet but puddles of 💧. We good on Red for a while!

Red Lobster offers a decent menu with delicious, flavorful food. The atmosphere is great, and the customer service is excellent. The restaurant is not crowded, and parking is convenient. Some guests find the lighting a little too dark, but overall, it is a good experience. The server Damian is attentive and very nice, and the manager Ali goes above and beyond to ensure a great experience. The seafood boil, especially the garlic butter and old bay flavor, is delicious and can be shared between two people, providing a healthy amount. Red Lobster's management team is responsive to customer feedback, offering to make things right, demonstrating great customer service.
