I had a very disappointing experience. The wait time was long with no communication or updates, which showed a lack of respect for customers’ time. What made it worse was the management’s attitude which was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional when concerns were brought up. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, he made the situation more frustrating. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place unless changes are made in both service and management.

We love this place and it's my son's favorite restaurant! We celebrated some of our wedding anniversaries and birthdays and other occassions in here. Attached is our last anniversary dinner last Sunday!

This was our first visit back to the Red Robin in quite a while. I forgot how good the food is here and with their bottomless sides, it makes it ideal. And the sides are not only fries, you have choices. I got a side salad with mine. My husband got fries and we shared. Best of both worlds.

I ordered the whiskey bourbon grilled chicken sandwich with bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onion crisps. Very tasty.
My husband had the smashed avocado and bacon burger and said it was delicious.

Our server was friendly and very attentive to us. She even went ahead and ordered more sides for us. Nice!! We will come back again and try something else.

Red Robin is basically the Avengers of burger joints—reliable, delicious, and always ready to save the day when hunger strikes. Big juicy burgers, endless fries (yes, even to-go—bless them), and the freedom to Frankenstein your meal by stealing toppings from other burgers like a culinary rebel. Service is fast, vibe is always fun, and I’ve yet to leave disappointed. Only gripe? They’ve exiled the Blue Moon Shake like it committed a crime. Bring it back, Red Robin… we know you’ve got the goods.
