Me and my family used to LOVE this place. But they fired the old crew. It’s terrible now. Horrible service. They burnt the food and it’s bland. They completely didnt understand me at all and messed up my order. This place has gone bad, its not worth it anymore.

Me and my mom were out for lunch and we tried a sample piece of the chicken teriyaki and omg it was so good . It definitely got us to order 1 bowl for each and it’s well portioned and veryyyy good . We definitely will be going back and the employees were so nice as well !!! 10/10 !!!

I like getting the teriyaki bowls they always make them so fast and it’s a good portion of food. I see a lot of bad ratings for flavor. I personally think it has just the right amount, people can literally ask for more sauce if needed.

Based my decisions off of the pictures. The pictures of the steamed vegetables looks like steamed vegetables from waba grill, my veggies were smothered in some kind of sauce or goop. Their picture also didn’t include cabbage and included cucumber. I received cabbage and no cucumber. I ordered a shrimp plate because the shrimp looked large and grilled. I receurved what looked like it could’ve been frozen shrimp and they were smaller than the picture. Overall it was disappointing. $30+ for two plates and a side of noodles that tasted like cardboard and garlic. Better off going to Panda Express which is next to sake Japan.

The pictures of the sushi on the menu did not remotely represent the sushi I got. The sushi I ordered did not look fresh and expectedly did not taste fresh. It looked like the kind of sushi one might get if they dared to buy it from a gas station. When my number was called, I went up to get a sushi but the other items that I had ordered did not come with it and I had to ask for them. The egg roll (which I had to wait for because they forgot about it), unlike my sushi, was good. One of the three workers there was out of her way nice. The other two did not seemingly look interested in providing good customer service. The food court was not clean.

If I could give this place zero stars I would, I just put one because I have to. Food was not even mid, straight up dog. NO flavor NO excitement, and honestly with every bite I took I grew more and more upset with my life decisions, and don’t even get me started on the sushi. Thing was probably left In the back fridge for weeks, was stiff as rocks. Service was great very friendly. All in all don’t get this place unless you want to have a depressing time trying to chew and swallow and no food establishment has ever made me go out of my way to make a review. Enjoy at your own risk you have been warned

We ordered the fried chicken and it was OLD. The smell alone was enough for me to throw away the whole thing. The noodles tasted like card board. I could literally taste the packaging. I will not be going back and I am upset I wasted my money.
