DO NOT ORDER FROM UBER EATS. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! They put items as promos or what’s available on the app. Two drivers said they don’t have the item I ordered BUT IM STILL GOING TO BE CHARGED. I contacted uber eats support and the restaurant. Support said no you won’t get your money back and I called the restaurant and they said contact support and that im not getting my money back
How do I get charged for something I didn’t get? It’s literally on their menu and they’re both refusing to do anything about it especially after taking my money.
Insane and scummy. It’s literally a lawsuit waiting to happen

They really need to close down the restaurant for a day and retrain the staff. The bathrooms were gross, no paper towels gross air blowers blowing the pea - thats all over the floor - everywhere. Dirty unmopped floors, staff not washing hands after touching face, hair, and trash - then immediately handling food (WTH?!). Having to ask for to go box multiple times. Most of this would be unnoticeable but for they have this big huge transparent glass for the kitchen and expo area that makes all these issue very apparent 😞

Honest thoughts after dining here with my family.
We came because of the high reviews and the nice-looking interior from the photos. But if you’re looking for authentic Japanese food, this probably isn’t the spot. We’ve been to Japan multiple times, so our standards might be different.
The ramen tasted like good-quality instant noodles~not bad, but definitely not restaurant-level broth or noodles. The sushi rice was loose and a bit hard, not the sticky texture you’d expect. We also found a tiny strand of hair on the spicy tuna roll, which was disappointing.
Service was friendly and the ambience was pleasant, but overall, we paid around $100 for a pretty average experience.

I am not a fan of the ramen here. The broth was good but the noodles and the toppings just tasted bland. You also only get half an egg whereas other places give you one full egg. I really wanted to like this place but the food was just not that good. Service and atmosphere were just fine nothing to write home about.

This was actually my first time in a Ramen restaurant. The food was AMAZING! The waitstaff made ordering very easy. Very helpful and suggestive. DEFINITELY a type of restaurant added to my frequent-to-visit list.

Although we went 2 hour before they closed, let me just say the service was excellent. They were coming back-and-forth, making sure that we were all right. The food came out on time, and it tastes so good.
This is so strange I never make posts here but I felt like I kinda had to. I've come to this specific location of Silverlake several times and it's always been a 5/5 experience, but twice now I've had upset stomachs and been sick from their food. I've never gotten sick at any of the other locations and have ordered the Pork Bowl at 3 different restaurants and have been fine? It's specifically this one that I've gotten sick at. And only from this location has the Pork Bowl been straight up cold which implies the food's been sitting out waiting to be put together. And sometimes the waitstaff don't come around to give me the check, I've had to wait 20 minutes for someone to look over and see that I would kinda like to leave.

5/3/25 Sat. Arrived at 6 pm. Was told it would take about 15 minutes to be seated. 45 minutes later, we were given our table. Upon walking up to our table, the server started cleaning the table. It took them 15 minutes to get our drink and food order, and food took 25 minutes. Server lady informed us that they were out of tonkatsu for the curry right as the foods were coming out. They should have told us earlier. Karaage on the combo was supposed to be 4~6 pieces, but we received 2. Portions were much smaller than when we had visited last year. No one came by to ask us for water, and they didn't even make eye contact with us. I witnesses that the gentleman next to our table was also frustrated about the slow service. I tried making the payment with cash, but was told they don't accept cash. Card only. Strange. Anyways, 2 hours for a bowl of Ramen. Won't be going back and won't be surprised if they go out of business soon.
I used to come here a lot and loved the flavor of the ramen. But recently it just doesn't taste the same. The egg was overcooked and not jammy, they put too much green onion and the broth was lackluster. The noodles were also too firm and thicker than it used to be. It used to be thinner noodles. Service was great, she was very attentive and nice. But they need a better cook who actually cares about flavor. Ramen tasted more like instant ramen. They are definitely cutting corners. A great deviation from what it used to taste like. Also the ramen was not hot enough in temperature so it cooled down way too fast.
My family and I eat here all the time. The ramen flavor from this shop is definitely unmatched compared to any other place we’ve tried. Everything on the menu is freshly prepared and delicious. Service is always great accompanied with a smile and excellent customer service. Atmosphere is clean and welcoming with limited seating. It’s always more convenient for us to order pick-up rather than having to scout for seating. Overall, great place to eat and we shall be returning customers for life. Thank you!
The shoyu on fire is the best. Have tried the chicken version at different levels of spiciness and it’s always so delicious. The veggie ramen is good but the flavors are very subtle and would probably be better had I added some spice. Overall some of the best ramen I’ve had in the area.
A 1.5hr wait for Yardhouse but Silverlake Ramen was more than happy to seat us within 10 minutes! Great service. Yummy food. (Pork dumplings are awesome!) Good prices too.
