I drove from Palm Springs to Riverside to visit my sister and realized I had forgotten to bring a cake and balloon. While driving around, I spotted a Vons and decided to pick up a vanilla cake with strawberry filling and a little balloon to go with the flowers.
Inside, I noticed they had a Starbucks, and since pumpkin spice lattes are finally back in season, I treated myself to one along with a caramel macchiato and a pumpkin loaf for my mom. Everything was absolutely delicious!
What really stood out, though, was the customer service. The cashier/barista and the rest of the staff were so friendly and welcoming. It truly made the stop feel extra special. Thank you ☺️

Went to Vons today. My son wanted a Summer Berry and I always have him go up to the counter and order. The 2 employees didn't even acknowledge him because they were too busy talking amongst themselves and he was standing at the counter. I even took a picture that I will upload. So I brought it to their attention and asked if they were open. They both looked up at me and still didn't say. Hi how can we help you. So we proceeded to buy our groceries.

Out of all the Starbucks in the world... This is definitely one of em. Love me a frappuccino and they make theirs pretty damn good. Could use a dash more of love.
This Starbucks built into Vons had a female employee who appeared to be of Indian descent who had a very bad attitude and was apathetic towards Asians.
