When I mobile order and i get a notification it’s ready to go, nope I still have to wait 20 min, it’s never ready!!! This Starbucks has a horrible manager and bad employees all rude!

Asked for light ice, the entire cup is full of ice, after taking one sip, i took it back. Went back and asked them to remake it, they just added more juice instead of correcting the problem, terrible service, and I tipped!!!

I order a coffee latte without ice every day, and they say that they can only give a little fresh milk, because the owner of the place decided a new rule, that if you order a drink without ice you can only give a quarter of the milk, and I'm very disappointed because I ordered 3 shots of espresso without ice to get the right taste, after today's events I don't want to go back again.

Can't make a medicine ball. When I asked why it tasted sour they just added honey. But it was still bad any other starbucks they make it great. And also big attitude from staff not friendly at all. If they don't like where they work, go work somewhere else.

They charge me for iced water i think it’s ridiculous, when other Starbucks provide water for free & they took about 20 mins just to get 3 cups of iced water.

Everything was great except my caramel macchiato was more than $8 when it’s supposed to be around $6. (I just asked for a basic one with no add ons or anything) I thought Starbucks just raised their prices but when I got home and looked at my order history on the app, the barista added a bunch of stuff onto the drink that upped my price. He seemed nice enough and I don’t know if he did it on purpose or not but it did bother me that I got charged more then what I was supposed to be.

Asked for iced water, they asked to pay 50 cents. Other starbucks provide ice water for free. But i paid. Now I am waiting for ice water more than 20 minutes. We ordered coffee in here about 30 minutes ago. One of my order i didn't satisfied so that i asked to change to others but they refused. They said that i need to pay it. This is against for Starbucks policy. Bad service

We arrived and there were no seats or table, they recently remodeled and removed the possibility of sitting down to talk and drink face in the place, so we decided to leave without consuming. Estes is from Tyler and Magnolia.
