Placed an online order for ASAP pickup, ordered at 11:49a, food supposed to be ready at 11:59. My wife goes to pick up the food maybe 15 mins after the order was placed, she shows up and the food was not in the pick up area. Come to find out it had been "moved." The person that moved it was on lunch/break and the individual(s) working the front were unaware of the situation. Why move the food at all??? My wife arrived within a reasonable time after the order was supposed to be ready. So after a bunch of back and forth, my wife has been there now almost 20 minutes since the store is also busy from the lunch rush. Our food is "found", now cold and soggy at this point. And she is sent on her merry way. We get the food home almost 30 mins after it was ready, everything needs a reheat, burgers are cold and soggy, not worth $30 at all. To top it off as I'm taking a bite of my burger, I find a short greyish/black hair in my burger as the icing on the cake. I don't mean to review this place so harshly but l have a distinct feeling someone was trying to squirrel our order away for a break time snack claiming that it wasn't picked up quickly enough. Everything should have been remade after having been unable to "find" it. And frankly I'd like my $30 back for huge pain in the a** and having received cold, soggy, hair burgers.

The Food is good. Very flavorful burgers for a chain restaurant. Service is hit or miss, as of late has been very MISS. Tables and floors are almost always dirty. The part I hate most is 3 out of the 4 times I go to this place, something with wrong or missing in the order. I have to always check my meal before I leave or if I eat their one of the items is always getting sent back to be remade. I just wish they would get it togehter

Their Tropical Tea is incredible as someone who finds it hard to find tea that isn’t filled with sugar, I loved this tea! The impossible burger was also amazing, I added guacamole, grilled onions and cheese.Vegetarian options: Impossible Burger is amazing, the menu also says they have a veggie burger.

The food here was raw and gave me the wrong drink I ordered a strawberry milkshake but instead of that they gave me a chocolate milkshake I am allergic to chocolate. The burger that I got was raw the meat was raw like they didn't even cook it.

4, maybe even 5, stars. The burgers are excellent, moist, freshly grilled. Really nice. The restaurant is quite roomy and much nicer than a fast food chain. I had onion rings and my wife had fries. Very good. And refillable drinks. Great value.

No complaints about the food or the ambiance. It's always been clean and the staff is friendly. The two stars is because my online order did not "go through." I received two emails. The first one was to let me know that my order would be ready shortly. The second email was to let me know that my order was ready. My husband went to pick it up, and it wasn't there! This is the second time our order was not ready (the first time there was a fundraiser and they ran out of chicken, even though I placed the order in two hours ahead of pick up time). Anyway, my husband demanded the order be prepared and it was. The good thing is that we weren't charged twice. I don't know if we'll order online from the habit again.
Why y'all never put in ranch. If I order pick up or DoorDash and the receipt says "2 ranch" there's never ranch. I'm not some crazy person who asks for like 10 but I would love if my 3 onion rings had at least 2. It's actually really annoying because this has happened consistently throughout 2023. If there's a new rule it would be amazing if you could let us know?? IVE WORKED AT HABIT and I know damn well that every order of onion rings, green beans, and sweet potato fries are REQUIRED to have at least one dipping sauce. And it's even more annoying because there's no excuse to not put in ranch when the RECEIPT SAYS 2 RANCH

Food hasn't been the same, salads don't hit the same nor the burgers. Use to be my favorite place to eat my salads. Went in today to give it another try. Barley any chicken, like one piece of bacon and the rest lettuce :,) my burger was also dry and be ready to wait 30 + minutes

The food is good but, this place needs new management. The cashiers need to be chosen better. They are who people interact with. They are technically the face of the company. They need to be friendly people that are willing to help you get what you want from the store. I’m here to spend my money to purchase food because I’m hungry and I want to enjoy a good atmosphere with people that I enjoy spending time with. When I’m being served by people that don’t want to work here that makes me not want to eat here.Kid-friendliness: Good clean restrooms and good option for seating a large family.
