Serving a large party well takes a lot of hard work, serving a large party as well as our server Alicia did takes flat out AWESOMENESS!
When our son graduated from the University of La Verne we aked him where he wanted to celebratye and of course he said his fav place, The Old Spaghetti Factory in Riverside! We reserved the room for our 25 friends and family and had the best experience ever! HUGE kudos to Alicia for her prompt, polite and wonderful service! No glass ever empty, fresh bread never ending and all done with a smile! We have been fans for so long and our dinner party reminded us why we love coming here! Thank you!

Hadn’t been here in a few years. Came back with the family, and was really impressed. It used to have a weird dingy smell you deal with, but that was completely gone. I failed to grab photos. But food was great, service was solid, and I think the portions are bigger now too, 3 of us had to get to go boxes.

We had dinner here on a Saturday night. We were part of a large group and had a reservation. Nevertheless, we were kept waiting for for approximately 90 minutes. And nobody came by to explain or apologize for the delay. It would be nice to say that the wait was worth it. But the chicken with spaghetti was quite tasty, but nothing special or extraordinary. We had a three course meal. The cheese bread served as an appetizer was delicious. The third course consisted of a very small bowl of vanilla ice cream. The salad was good. One would expect a Saturday night to be very busy at a restaurant like this. But this kind of delay was not acceptable. Perhaps they are shortstaffed. Perhaps they are not well organized. Either way it put a little dampener on the evening.

Arrived in the late afternoon seated quickly. Great service. Great tasting food left feeling well served and fed plenty for the price. ????
