I came by today to get some pictures added to the profile because there weren't that many to see. There weren't any customers from what I could see in the waiting room. But it was clean, the door was open and the air conditioning was running.

I'm currently in the process of reporting a patient-safety event that occurred during the month of December 2020 in relation to the corona virus pandemic. I would recommend that any dialysis patients seek care elsewhere until the accreditation agency has finished their safety review and cleared the facility as safe and meeting minimal basic standards as required by Federal Law. I am alarmed by the DON's behavior and confrontational, defensive nature during our conversation. it would be great if they could find a replacement for the DON.

I have been going here for my dialysis treatment for 1 year and I must say that the entire staff is amazing. They are not just your techs or nurse that hook you up but they make you feel like family making your day go smooth. Dr Khan is the best nephrologist there is along with his assistant Dr Tswani. They have a social worker always there named Maria who is awesome along with a nutritionist Gene who is also great. Such a great place that make your lives a lil better over all.
